Not as far as I know.

It takes a drive through places such as Wilcannia, Murrum Bridge, Fitzroy Crossing and Halls Creek to realize how much is spent on free housing and vehicles, and how much gets wasted.

I concede. If the Republicans end up controlling the house, the Senate and the White House you will not recognize America in 4 years, but don't say you weren't warned.

  • Can't wait till we hear Kamala concede   "I was raised in a middle class family"

  • Democratically elected fascist dictator.

No, but they get tossed the best crumbs.

A sincere question:

Was Trump chosen by God to be president? And, did God intervene in Trump's assassination attempt to make the bullet miss? Trump said he did, as recently as his victor speech yesterday.

Your thoughts?

Your question is not sincere. It is meant to mock.

You likely don’t have a faith in God.

You mock the right for their faith, but when Harris, Biden, Pelosi or most all Democrats pretend they are Christians to get votes, not a peep from you.

Trump said God saved him from death. Is he right? It's a question I'm curious about. That's it. Straightforward.

The Scots were known for taking Aborigine brides, yes? That explains a lot.

They moved to Aboriginal land in Australia and they now encourage Muslims to take Jews land in Israel, just like they did .

BUT , that can be discussed elsewhere

Why not just ask God?

Yes from the white skinned Aboriginal leaders of this "industry"

I was surprised to see most of the management at the Aboriginal affairs Department white skinned

My prediction was 100% evasion of this question. So far, correct. Whatever I ask about Trump will be turned around and used to attack me. You don't know me. I'll let this informal survey run a bit. Watch what happens: no direct answers. Redirection. Evasion. And what-about-ism.

At the end, if people have answered sincerely, I'm happy to share my spiritual beliefs. My prediction is no direct answers.

There is no direct answer, and you are not being attacked.

My prediction? You already “know” the answer, and that, again, your intention is to mock.

If have faith in God, the answer is yes. If you have no faith in God, the answer is no.

trump wasn't convicted during the impeachment process due to Senate Republicans failing in their Oath to support the Constitution. Seems to me there are significant gaps in the Constitution to convict wrong doers. I assume the Founding Fathers didn't factor in a corrupt President and his elected supporters. In other words the Constitution is due for revision, but will not occur whilst current GOP in power.

There is a direct answer. But you have not given it. This is a sophisticated evasion. Let me repeat the question. Own your convictions, one way or another:

1) Did God choose Trump to be president?

2) Did God make the bullet miss, sparing Trump's life? Trump says, "yes."

What do YOU believe? What harm is it to answer this simple question? I said I will answer at the end, given I get sincere responses. If others share their spirituality, I'll share mine. I don't want to bias this informal survey.

Religion is a belief system.  Trump believes in a god.  He believes a god saved him.  I don't believe in a god, so I don't believe a god saved him, rather a combination of luck and poor marksmanship.   You can believe whatever you like, no-one can prove it either way right now.

Great. One direct response. It will be interesting how Thai expats answer this ... especially Americans.

Its over.

A Trump victory. Melanie back in the Whitehouse.

Do you think he will make America Great Again?

Will the Ukraine War end tomorrow?

Will the Democrats get behind the great man? Or be sore losers.

Considering the close result, was it a tactical error to nominate Harris, a woman with an average record. Would have a more capable man got the Dems over the line.

Will Trump lead for all Americans, or get sweet revenge?

Who is Melanie?

America will never be great because millions of idiots voted a megalomaniac back into the Presidency.

America needs to take a serious look at itself if they think Trump will end the Ukraine invasion tomorrow. Trump can't do it unless he sides with his friend Putin and Putin's mate Kim whatever his name is, the other idiot, from N Korea.

Here is my rephrasing. Identical meaning. You are evading the question again. If you don't want to answer, no worries. But, there is no trickery on my part.

The older I get the more disgusted I am with people that object to other people's religions and especially their belief in God. Worse, is when people make fun or be little what other people believe. Because the truth of the matter is they're all effing crazy.

Have traveled much of Asia and I have seen something incredibly peculiar religious temples, shrines, gods, relics, cultures. I don't judge this.

Anyone that gets shot by a bullet in the ear in my opinion has the right to believe that God saved them even if I find that wholly ridiculous.

You know one very strong and excellent quality of Donald Trump is that he perseveres. That is a hallmark of a real winner. At 78 or however years old that guy ground his opponent into bits after all the drama and bs he's been through for the over the last 10 years or more. That reason alone is enough to demonstrate to anything person that he is a far better candidate.

Trump doesn't believe that God saved him. Trump was playing a role for this psyop. Likely it was military intelligence who saved him and neutralized the attempt long before it ever even became a genuine possibility. What we saw at Butler was merely the recreation and Hollywood effects.

That doesn't mean Trump isn't religious, but let's not let the psyop we're living through get the better of our common sense.

As you said, all of us can believe whatever we want, and until everything that has happened these last few years is fully declassified, it really won't be anything other than speculation.

Trump was emphatically not the change the country needed, but he is a galring indicator of how badly the Dems have <deleted> up.

I reckon if the democrats put aside their far-left agenda and brought things back towards the middle, this would not have happened.

i used to consider myself a liberal, now I just look at both sides and shake my head.

I completely agree, I remember a very long time ago when being a liberal was a badge of honor. Now the extreme left of the party is just nonsense, and represents stuff that very very few Americans can relate to.

Most dems like myself are very centrist, and I found it very hard to vote for Harris.

They did this to themselves, the Dems have no one else to blame for this, though the blame game is going to be incessant.

And there lies the primary issue.

Dirt Road Democrats need to reclaim their party and remove the Marxist agitators.

2) Did God intervene on Trump's behalf to stop the bullet? Trump says He did.

The completely different question was from you, not me. You asked what I believe. I'm pausing that for now. I said that if I get a sincere response to my informal survey here about spiritual beliefs, I will disclose mine. I'm waiting to see what happens.

Apologize for what? We're having a friendly discussion, right?

Apologize for changing the question from: “Did God save Trump’s life?”, which I already answered, to: “What do YOU believe?”, and the claiming you didn’t change it.

I thought we were having a friendly discussion, that’s what I assumed you would apologize when you were shown to have been mistaken.

I sincerely hope you are correct,  The America we see now is so <deleted> up from  the last 4 years I am glad I don't live there. Hopefully all  the illegals will be deported and the streets will start to be safe again, Maybe all  the retail stores will be able to stock there shelves without having locks on everything. Of course I am not really holding out hope since I know Biden and his ilk will open the border again and allow the unimpeded flow of Illegals and shoplifting and riots Opps I mean peaceful protests will occur between now and inauguration day

"Hopefully all  the illegals will be deported and the streets will start to be safe again,..........."

Sounds like you're blaming all the violence in America on "illegals". I don't think the streets of America have been safe since "The Gunfight At The OK Corral", and best of luck with deporting the "illegals" - you could maybe ask the new PM of the UK for advice on that one!

A number of off topic posts, discussing who has the right to post on AN have been removed. This topic is “Trump is back! He has won”

@IC2000it is not your role to tell other posters they have no right to post on AN, because you disagree with their opinions, or because they do not stay full time in Thailand.

If you disagree with their views, challenge it with a debate, without trolling, telling them they can’t post as not in Thailand or using something that is not a recognised medical condition.

AN is open to everyone, providing you follow the forum rules.

And most Republicans are centrist. I consider myself a liberal.

The problem is that given the choice between a centrist Republican, and a hard left “Democrat”, Democrats vote for the leftist.

You need to start calling them DINOs.

i would vote for you before I wold have voted for Harris.

Hate Trump or not, he shook up the Republican party for the better.

Who thought bringing out Liz Chaney, arguably the most hated Republican was a good idea?

I call chaney a RINO.

My definition of a RINO..  a RINO is a moderate democrat!

Oh, I have taken those internet tests on the internet (echo?) and they confirm what I have been calling myself.   Libertarian.

Is it true that to serve 2 terms in office as the President of the USA, you have to be a convicted criminal/felon before you can serve your second term? 😃
