“Donald Trump and his transition team are already breaking the law,” Senator Warren wrote. “I would know because I wrote the law. Incoming presidents are required to prevent conflicts of interest and sign an ethics agreement. This is what illegal corruption looks like.”

Trump is immune from prosecution and so doesn't need to sign the law. He also has a friendly SC to cover for him.

Scrapping the bottom of the barrel already, not experts but one woman Warren, who lied about being Native American, depriving real Native Americans of benefits and opportunities. She is the joker who said over and over that Trump would never be President. Just another hater causing division.

Care to comment on why he won't sign the pledge?

So laptop deniers and agents of misinformation like Nina Yankovich are perfectly suited to run the left's department of misinformation, yet any proud patriot that Trump appoints causes a meltdown?

Sorry, it's a tough sell.

How do you know he won't sign the pledge?

From your link: "Trump signed updates to this law during his first term in office."

So he signed it last time, but he won't sign it this time.

Isn't Warren the POC that lied and claimed to be native American to get a cushy professorship at Harvard?

Did she pay back all the money she earned on the back of this fraud? Real POC's were denied opportunities thanks to this awful fraudster. You would think she'd wind in her neck now Trump won like immigration fraudster Omar has done. Heads popping up above the parapet attract lead

He needs to sign ot get certain manadatory briefings if I'm not mistaken. That he hasn't signed is a tell that feathering his own nest is a top priority.

Don't bother getting your back up on this stuff.  Whatever he does the Dems will point and say "ooo, he's not allowed to do that!" and a week later it'll be forgotten as he proceeds onto his contrived reality show stunt.  Just like he's been doing since the 2015.  Or does no one remember his first term?

Thanks anyway, Liz.

There was a US television series that ran for a few seasons a few years back called Unreal.  It's a fictional series about the making of a reality show, and the sort of rascality done behind the scenes to create nasty situations.  It may broaden your understanding of DT's political career.,

For Official acts, not personal driven decisions / actions. However, given it looks like trump will have the majority in the Senate and the House, even if the Supreme Court had not given him immunity he would be untouchable. Currently, under trump, the US political system is just about equivalent to a third world country . MAGA - what a laugh!

 No, that is not  the issue. What is  factually incorrect about the statement;

Donald Trump and his transition team are already breaking the law,” Senator Warren wrote. “I would know because I wrote the law. Incoming presidents are required to prevent conflicts of interest and sign an ethics agreement. This is what illegal corruption looks like.”

They are a 3rd world country already but in denial. Close to being bankrupt, close to civil war, television personalities making stupid decisions. Armpit of the world now.
