The only nonsense here is that a response about the horrific Hamas videos that they filmed themselves is a deflection from the allegations on unverified IDF videos which is also not part of the topic.

The IDF videos are part of the reason for the arrest warrants, as are the Hamas videos. So all are on topic.

Claiming 'there are more videos of hamas atrocities than of IDF atrocities ' is a deflection.

 

And then accusing others of being hamas supporters is the usual flaming.

That's not true.  Palestinians are generic Arabs.  In terms of language, religion and culture, there's very little difference between Palestinian Arabs and Jordanian, Syrian or Iraqi Arabs.    Many of the Arabs regarded today as Palestinians moved to Palestine during the British Mandate period.  During Ottoman rule, Palestine had been one of the poorest and most wretched corners of the Ottoman Empire, but the economy and living conditions improved under the British.

Well, I meant that Karim Khan requested warrants for the three Hamas people, but Israel killed two or maybe three of them by the time the Court authorized the warrants.

I am quite aware of the rules, that's why I gave you the IHL rule 14 to look up and find out about, you needed a little education on it.

Egypt, the Palestinians, and the rest of the World (except US) do not want to see another Nakba. Apparently the White House had a budgetary item for resettling Gazans and asked Jordan, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia to take them. All refused.

During the British Mandate, it was Ashkenazi jews who moved to Palestine. The economic improvement began in the mid-19th Century. Rural Palestinian farmers were no doubt poor.

Following confirmation of their deaths, the Chamber granted the withdrawal of the applications on 9 August 2024 and 25 October 2024, respectively. With respect to Mr Deif, the Prosecution indicated that it would continue to gather information with respect to his reported death.
