They need same as all others. It's a Federal thing;
Proof of Residency
• Deed/Deed of Trust
• Mortgage statement (no more than 60 days old)
• Real Estate Property Tax bill or Tax Assessment (current year)
• Valid residential rental/lease agreement
• Utility bill showing the same mailing and service address (no more than 60 days old)
o Acceptable utility bill - water, electric, gas, cable and landline phone bill
• Change of Address Card with a valid State issued Driver’s License or Identification card issued by the same
agency

Not with heavily taxed and regulated products. Black market weed in California is 1/4 the price of store-bought weed which is subject to massive regulation and tax. I do agree that a glut of unregulated producers and oversupply is what's driving the price down.
ATM withdrawals are 220 baht, same as any other non-Thai card. You get 2 free withdrawals a month but only up to a total maximum of £200, thereafter a 1.75% charge is made. So basically non-ideal for cash withdrawals.
I only use the app and any verification requests come through that. You can also set up verification through an authentication app or also by text message but I never tried those. I don't see any e-mail option.
This is Thailand... no enforcement of laws, no educated drivers, poor maintained vehicles, Vehicles that are too old already, but with new paint look new, as no investments but greed of profit...lack of responsibility, too much hurry and night fatigue, and bad luminated roads.... and than wondering why accidents surge..
