You missed Trump............🤕

I think Biden ought to call it a day with Hunter, lest he get embroiled in nasty Supreme Court battles over pardons for crimes that haven't even been revealed, much less adjudicated.

Following President Joe Biden’s sweeping pardon of his son Hunter Biden’s alleged crimes, members of the liberal media suggested he pardon a wide swath of his political allies, including Liz Cheney and Anthony Fauci.

https://dailycaller.com/2024/12/04/liberal-media-biden-pardon-fauci-cheney-schiff-deep-state-minions-obama/

But the more partisan pardons he issues, the more long term damage he'll do to the Dems.  Which isn't all bad...

Edit:  And, using Fauci for an example...  Isn't a pre-emptive pardon tantamount to saying a crime has been committed?

Should we not wait for him to commit a crime first?

Btw i consider fantasists rehashing the plot of their fave tv soap a joke https://www.businessinsider.com/e-jean-carroll-trump-trial-svu-episode-rape-bergdorf-goodman-2023-5

And charging the same expired misdemenor 34 times by a woke DA that ran on a Get Trump platform also a joke, although obviously both v dangerous jokes for democracy.

No, lets wait until or if DJT breaks the law and then start thinking pardons😅

He has committed a crime, a jury found him guilty, or has that been quashed.......?  🤗

I realize you probably mean this as a joke but I've seen the same idea floated in a serious vein.  Sort of a "gentlemen's accommodation" between Presidents, which would also serve to remove the distractions of whatever legal proceedings still remain.

(Let's face it - Trump is ADHD/OCD enough without having even more shiny objects to divert his attention from carrying out the duties of his office.)

There's this thing call the 'appeals' process, and doubt if anything he's been charged with would make it past that.

All J6 crowd.

Please no. I want DJT to pardon all J6ers himself and award humungous reimbursements that makes brother Newsoms reparations look like nickels and dimes. Then appoint J6ers as special agents with unlimited power to investigate the J6 committee and media responses. The tears and frothing will be EPIC. Its payback time.

She (fanni the feckless corrupt DA) just got tossed from the bogus / hoax RICO case against President Trump for a "conflict of interest". It's called lawfare and it along with all the other bogus lawfare attempts against the President have all failed. And guess what, it all got Trump elected, now didn't it! It certainly didn't hurt Trump, after all the lawfare, assassination attempts, trying to imprison him, bankrupt him, remove him from the ballot and the list goes on. Trumps bullet proof and the democrats are essentially braindead muppets and totally incapable. Who would disagree.

Yet you can not name a single crime that would fall under Biden's pardon ability. Go on Mr. Pleasant let me know what federal charge Trump has.

If owning the libs and detonating truth bombs were federal crimes Trump would be guilty guilty guilty. It triggers them so bad that after 8 years of the full DOJ investigating him to the point of raiding his kid Barons bedroom the best they found was an expired misdemeanor😅, which explains why the left had to make up lies like Russia x3 and our Hillary's Steele dossier.

I dont think any other American faced with such exhaustive investigation would come out looking so squeaky clean. Trump = most innocent American ever.

Both fed cases (MAL doc case and Jan 6 obstruction / KKK act charges) have been dismissed by SC jack Smith. They are both done, relegated to the waste bin where they belong.

Yes. that is what I was saying Biden has NOTHING to pardon trump for.

All people sentenced for victimless crimes like drug crimes, and most sex crimes. A lot of people actually. About 80% of jailed individuals.

Trump may get convicted for federal crimes, but with appeals he'll be dead before spending time in jail. So yes, pardon him, trump would be moaning for years about the injustice done to him.

Dropped charges don't prevent a pardon.
