You clearly haven't a clue about how the international oil market works. The US is already producing record amounts of petroleum and the price of petroleum has stagnated. Executives of oil companies drilling in America have made it very clear that they don't want to increase production because if they do, and this probably comes as a surprise to you, if there's more supply than demand prices tend to go down. And right now the price of a barrel of oil is already very close to the breakeven point for American producers.

Oddly enough I was thinking that if Trump offered each inhabitant 1 million dollars, that might do the trick. And it would only cost            56 billion dollars.
