It was on my trakt release date list and now it's not. Maybe they have better info. Hopefully it's all been filmed already and will be available, but it's pretty much still burnings out there.

Vienna Blood        Series 4  --Crime/Period Drama  4 episodes all out  This will be the program's last.  IMDB- 7.6

Excellent acting IMO

   I've enjoyed every one of them.  Currently reading 'The Waiting', which also features Renee Ballard, an LA detective who heads the Cold Case unit.  Excellent so far, as always.

Rewatched the movie, "Dead Calm" starring Nicole Kidman, Sam Neil and Billie Zane and as I couldn't remember anything about it, I enjoyed it!!

yer I read it when it first came out----she teams up with his daughter---which I suppose is the way its all heading now---just women's team..... & I am guessing he will fad more away..

S3 is the last season, and Welliver is only slated to appear in 1 of the 10 episodes of Ballard S1.

I watched this and it was very good. All of the series have been enjoyable and entertaining IMHO.

It's a heck of a series, very realistic and very graphic, almost to the point of being upsetting. 

 

We are on episode three but need to take a 'calm down' break during each episode so we watch halfway to digest and recover then watch the second half next day.

 

It its brutal gritty and very realistic, I have never seen anything quite like it before...

I thought Deadwood was pretty gritty.

I can't seem to find it on any Torrent site. My usual site is TPB or 1337x but they don't show it. Never had this problem before.

I've become a HUGE fan of Taylor Sheridan!!!  Currently watching Landman (Billy Bob Thornton is AMAZING in it!) Also Tulsa King (Stallone is great!). Looking forward to the return next month of 1923 with Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford.  Would like to see 1883 come back, too.

Found a 1080p version of the 1985 BBC series Edge of Darkness. Had a VHS copy for years, but picture quality totally naff. So much so it was pointless watching it. At the shooting scene at the beginning practically wore the tape out trying to freeze frame the image to see who the shooter was. Clear as day on the digital version! 

Music is by Eric Clapton and Michael Kamen. Great haunting guitar by EC. Remember him playing tracks from Edge of Darkness when he did his residency at the Royal Albert Hall in 1990 with Michael Kamen conducting the National Philharmonic Orchestra. 

Stars Bob Peck, with a young Joanne Whalley as his daughter. Also Tim McInnerny, aka Captain Darling from Blackadder 4. With Joe Don Baker as the Amercian. (Trivial fact, Joe has played both a baddie and a goodie (x2) in 3 James Bond movies).

That's my pre-movie experience for the next 6 days sorted.
