So somehow your dogs die from some poison and you're  going to retaliate by punishing your wife?

Do you have any evidence?

Yes I have evidence. No not punishing my wife she can follow me if she wants. It was a very painful death as we tried to save them. Police not interested and that is my main frustration. The man was always scared of dogs and would throw rocks and such until I caught him in the act.   All in all maybe it;s my fault calling him out not to harm them. The basterd is now nowhere to be seen.

No one just poisons dogs for the heck of it , especially a Thai person,

Good riddance I say

I'm not sure I can find it, but there was a video of a Thai Taxi Driver slowly running over two dogs with his taxi.  Your post is nonsense.

Why were they out where he could throw rocks in the first place? Are you saying he threw rocks into your property where they were confined. I used to ride a bike and if any dog tried to bite me I'd have beaten it with a pole I carried, but they always ran away too fast when they saw the pole. I also carried rocks to throw at any that didn't run away when they saw the pole.

Just seeing the stone usually worked.

Removed some insults and other personal attacks. I understand this is a highly emotional issue but I'm asking everyone to refrain from attacking each other.

If you've ever watched a dog die a slow painful death from poisoning,

Thai dogs don't let you catch them to put a knife in their heart, so poisoning is usually the only way to get rid of them. A dog is only bad if it has a bad master.

BTW I've had dogs of my own and they didn't cause problems for other people.

The man was always scared of dogs that should have been confined to a property biting him.

Fixed it for you.

I'm sorry for your loss. If true then go to the agency for animal cruelty and they will get the police to act if you have evidence.

On another note. I have a 45kg Doberman that is outside always at my home. Everyone around is terrified of him due to the size and breed. Delivery drivers are the most scared. He is a great watchdog but he has gotten loose sometimes and when outside the gate he is passive and friendly to anyone. He only barks when someone is near to entering my home. His domain.

But my dog is behind a fence. Perhaps the neighbor was terrified simply because your dogs were making him this way. Showing angry barking and making that they would attack if they have a chance. It is sad you lost your dogs. Sounds like they were not trained and had a way that made him fearful.. Only you would know this for sure. If you want action done I would suggest you go to that agency that protects animal rights. They are about the only ones who can make the police do something.

I realise your an old man and  good on you , although you could of cut down your sick leave hours and that's something you should regret , nevertheless

Your a selective reader ,but what post are you replying to?

Certainly not mine

I didn't mention a video nor a taxi

I mentioned a graveyard

If dogs kill chickens, then they poison some baits. A slow terrible death for the dogs.

Seems someone on here loves dogs more than his wife. I assume the OP was written in anger and by tomorrow he'll have changed his mind. Hopefully he keeps his next dogs on his own property.

It's only a slow death if someone doesn't put them out of their misery.

BTW, the rats die that way too but it doesn't stop people using rat poison, so less hypocrisy about animal cruelty would be appropriate. A bad dog is just as much a pest as a rat IMO.

  • Popular Post

No "full" story here, lets hear the other side, often see people saying they love dogs like most Thais  then let them wander the streets etc, who in their right mind would let their "loved" dog onto a road anywhere in the world, see a  few  Thais with dogs being walkked on leads very occasionally.

Do I use rat poison at our farm?

Rough crowd ... though the story does lack details.

The 'wife & family' comment does leave a bit to speculate about :coffee1:

Outside our walled yard, our dog is never off the leash, for her own safety.   Even inside the wall, I'll recon around the house, to ensure no snakes, before letting her out to P.

2nd house wasn't walled, and I had to walk her on a leash in our yard, as she'd chase after anything that moves.

Since I've lived here, I personally have lost 4 dogs to a scumbag who poisoned them. Add to that 4 other dogs who always came to my house because I like dogs, would pet them, and give them a treat. Also, 7 cats have died here. Dogs definitely killed three, but the rest most likely were poisoned. Funny thing is, only one of my neighbor's dogs was poisoned. Add to this every animal that lives at my ex's mom's house 1/2 kilo away. Same thing. No neighbor dogs have died, just the ones living there. I tell my ex that it's a member of her family (most likely a cousin who lives with them who's very strange and has many times passed my house on his scooter, seeing if I'm home, then continuing on back home, where there is no reason to go past my house otherwise), or a village person who hates this family, and since I used to be part of it, poisons animals here also. Not an easy thing to catch someone who poisons animals as all they have to do is pass by and drop it on the ground. The actions of a lowlife, killing pets because of a mental illness. Wish I had proof so I could give some payback, but I don't accuse unless I have evidence. Very hurtful way to die, and some people are very sick and haven't any place in society.

I have evidence to the contrary. People don't respect animals in this country like in the west, with some exceptions I have seen. Poison is used here a lot, and on humans also. It's another cowardly act along with many others.
