Throw the book at the creep.

  • Is it just me that sees screwed up priorities here - the fact that the women were unaware and that they were posted online SHOULD be (by far and away) the most important element in this story.

When I first saw the headline I thought they were swapping tips!

Ooh la la, frenchy at it again, I wonder how many women he filmed, had of he asked them if he could share it online they might have agreed for a price, and everyone would be happy.

Lieutenant General Chairit condemned the suspect’s actionsas a threat to public morality and an embarrassment to Yeah right it’s almost laughable TIT

Gosh a bunch of cops with bullet proof vests. They really don’t want to take any risks. 🤢

Maybe with all these cops looking at the video, they are afraid a lot of shots will be going off? 🙄

A British tourist shared a few photos of this French man's accommodation for the next few years...

Were they really unaware, or did they change their mind (and their story)?

Wouldn't be the first time in the history of the world that a woman took money for an act, then denied it when it became public.

She did it in a fair exchange not scamming or robbing anybody. Being put in unwanted public spotlight without her consent is a violation of her basic human right. Person is just trying to make a living .

I wonder how many women will come forward to watch the video clips to see if they are shown in any of them. "Here, officer, this is my vulva. I'm sure. I can prove it"

Creepy.

Why laughable ? Posting it online after having your way with her without her consent and respecting her privacy is deplorable and disgusting for a human being. Karma will bite him on the arse. Oh , it seems it already did.. enjoy his stay at the Hilton on the invitation of the royal police.

I think they might be having an envious moment !

You need to study this culture and learn how important "Losing Face" is in this part of the world.  Also, I hope you do not ever cause someone to lose face, some folks here take that action very, very seriously.

Hogwash ....   your losing face is nothing more than being ' caught out '   or embarrassed.

your losing face is a pathetic excuse for getting caught .......

and it's got absolutely nothing to do with thai culture.

I don't buy the lie of losing face.   It's garbage in my book.

That poster clearly posted exactly what I quoted.  It was not reported that "some were unaware, but that could be to save themselves", as you now also claim!

It was very clearly reported in the Op, as:

'He noted that the case is particularly troubling as some women involved were unaware they had been filmed or that the footage had been shared online.'

And it was very clearly not reported as "...that could be to save themselves" as the poster to whom I responded claimed, which was the point of my response to his inaccurate assertion.
