I'm wondering if they changed the way the confirmation receipt looks for online TM-30 submissions.  Previously my landlord had someone else do the TM30 reporting, and the receipt I got always looked like this:

 

 

My landlord did the TM30 on their own this time, and the system generated a receipt that looks like this:

 

The new one doesn't say Informed in green.  My Landlord followed the steps seen in this video...

... But the pdf he got looks different from the way it used to look.

 

Going to do an extension and last time I was there they said they needed a new TM30 for me.

I did my annual retirement extension last month and the exported PDF that I generated from the TM30 system looks the same as your second (most recent) one. This was accepted by my local immigration office.

Thinking either would be acceptable.

Previously TM30 was not even required for annual extension.

The format has changed recently. The one you got from your landlord is the current version, you'll be fine using that.

If she has registered the address into the TM30 system as owner she can do it.
