So you're saying there was NO new slip?
Here is post from @Tod Daniels re same question.....
"Here is a foolproof way to tell whether your 90-day reporting was reset when you got a new year extension issued.
Ask yourself:
When I got my year extension stamp inked in did the immigration officer give me a new 90-day report receipt with a new due date?
If that answer is yes, they did reset your 90-day reporting when you got your extension and you follow that new paper.
If that answer is no, they did not reset your 90-day reporting when you got your extension and you follow the due date of 90-day paper in your passport now.
That works 100% of the time"
I think you've put the wrong link in there and should have linked to the PND 91 form which requires the date to be filled in manually, however even on that form it has a 2023 reference in a couple of places on page 3.
That happened to me in Hua Hin a few years back, it was unexpected as they can and do run at different times depending on how often you forget to do it and for how long. I guess the guy doing my extension noticed the time difference and corrected it so they aligned again.
At one point they were about a month apart and I simply stopped doing them myself - just sent the Mrs instead - I told her this is a Thai thing - you're Thai - you can sort it out, and she did 🤣
OK - go to any Embassy and obtain a passport.... Good luck !!!!
Also... It doesn't matter what YOU consider... it matters what the legal definition is... I provided those definitions for you so you can get past the ignorance.
