How about forcing Russia to have an ACTUAL election?

Member states will come to the aid of another attacked member "in the manner they deem suitable."

 

Other member states could:

 

~send troops

~sanction the attacker

~make speeches in the UN security council

~send blankets and helmets

~write sternly worded letters

~stay home and watch netflix 'cause the other member was asking for it.

The only way I can make sense of this is that the FSB/Kremlin has some real dirt on Trump, and know where all his skeletons are buried and if it got out, then it would finish Trump... can't really be any other reason for giving Putin everything he wants before the "negotiations" even start. Trump was doing well on some other stuff, but this is not one of them.

I suppose the only good thing that might come out of this mess is a stronger Europe because they realise they have to defend themselves, which only makes the collective West stronger as the world is becoming more dangerous and unpredictable day by day.

Europe & NATO are too slow to react and have any solution at all.  

If they rallied together immediately,  they could have blown Putin's army and hardware off the face of the earth in one foul swoop.
