If anybody questioned Trump's sanity prior to the election, I think the last six weeks have made it abundantly clear that the man is completely unhinged, has horrific policy, is being poorly advised,

  • Yes and it's only going to get worse too as you said. Trump has paused the tariffs on Canada for another month, but Canada has not paused any of their reciprocal tariffs on the US.   Meanwhile,

  • Thank you for pointing that out Susan, I mean BigNok, I mean Harris the stalker, oh, never mind.

The Dems from Obama on have made such a mess of the western world that it can't be sorted without a lot of grief from the people that shouldn't have to suffer. The rich don't care, and the middle class might have to forgo an overseas holiday or a new car, but they will be fine. It's the poor that will suffer, as always.

I love watching these trump hate Circle Jerks as the good old USA hums nicely along. Hey I'll tell you what's a great economic indicator in my book, all of the upcoming jobs in our bid list. 250 additional projects since the inauguration.  Let the building begin LOL

I read today or yesterday that, in response to Trump's tarriffs, the premier of Ontario (the guy threatening to turn off the power to Northeast US) plans to go ahead full throttle, even though Trump offered another one month pause. It will badly affect the electricity grids of Minnessota, Michigan and New York States.

As well he should, the US deserves to be punished for its lack of loyalty to trusted allies and neighbors. Let the Trump inspired destruction and retribution begin.

With many people, once they got attached to a theory, it was hard to get them detached. They’d screen out unhelpful facts, invent favorable ones, and ignore contradictions in their own claims. Look at those Sandy Hook, multiple fraud convictions, and Jan. 6th truthers, babbling about false flags and crisis actors and all the rest. When people were motivated enough to believe something, they were going to believe it no matter what. There was no such thing as a bridge too far.

Definitely difficult to counter any of your observations!  This is exactly as I felt PRIOR to the election, not knowing who would win but realizing that both are total idiots IMHO and are not even close to being qualified to sit in the presidency.  Surprising a tad is how weak the Congress has been in allowing the unqualified cabinet members to take over the advisers' role since the presient in normal times cannot keep up with all going on not only in the US but in the whole world.  This is really a scary situation for the world.  Putin and his AXIS buddies must be popping the champagne bottles every couple of hours as Trump doesn't seem to be slowing down any.

There is no question in my mind that Russia, China, North Korea, and the Saudis are thanking their lucky stars that Trump got elected, knowing how weak he is, how feeble his mind is, how little he knows about geopolitics and globalization, how easily bought he is, how corrupted his heart and soul are, and how co-opted he is by toxic powers and mindless nonsense.

Typical Socialist rhetoric: the lust for revenge and violence. Can you just picture them, eyes distended and bloodshot, mouth twisted into an animal like grimace as they spittlescreech for death!

Dude above purports to be an American.

U.S. is due for a major recession.

Was due. Trump is trying to reverse the Biden damage. Let's see how he goes. This is a fair comment and only the idiots with the disorder will disagree because this comment will trigger them. Sad! Grow up! See what happens! Can't change it by whinging and moaning on here. The election has happened and the voting population of the USA voted Trump in. This is reality.

So what is the damage Biden did to the economy?

Please provide numbers so i can compare them with the numbers i have.

You are right about one thing, the US population voted for trump ,that is the reality.

Oh no, the world is going to end, the US economy is going to be destroyed! Oh my.

Or could it be useless unproductive bureaucrats have lost their job? Good! The chemotherapy is working.  No wonder the cancers are acting up.

But this just means it's working.

Trump's far-sighted economic policies will make America's economy stronger in the long term, and thus provide real jobs with good prospects.

$36,220,000,000,000 of debt, more than $1000 dollars of debt for every man, woman and child in the country and let's not forget inflation and the cost of living.

p.s. Your numbers you have don't come from MSNBC or Politico I hope.

Both past governments have added to the national debt, there is no doubt about it.

On the other hand all countries in the world are dealing with prize increases and i doubt that will ever change.

I applaud Trumps plans to reduce the national debt but like i have said before the way he is going about it makes no sense to me.

We will see how this all plays out but i doubt very much the way they are trying to do it is the right way .

Each and every one living in the USA will feel the effect of these mass lay offs and it will not be very nice.

Again we will see but for the time being it looks really bad.

As opposed to Harris and her cartoon advisors?

Oh, sure. Harris' campaign was a ridiculous replay of Hillary Clinton's - all Hollywood weirdos and wealthy celebrity luvies. No real people. Didn't work for Clinton and of course didn't work for Harris (I don't think there was anything wrong with Harris 'herself' actually, but she and the Democrats ignored working class and middle class voters - again! - bad campaign). But let's be honest, the erosion of the American middle class and the betrayal of the working class voters began with Reagan. That's clear. But for decades following him all Presidential administrations - Republicans and Democrats - continued the sell out of the middle/working class. Bill Clinton was more than happy to pick up where Bush left off and send the remaining factories to China. So I get that part of Trump and his followers (try to reverse the erosion and bring back good jobs). But so much has changed since then - the country is now run by a handful of oligarchs and Trump seems okay with furthering that. Getting rid of entire government departments won't fix any of this, nor will pandering to the libertarians. Otherwise everyone should start buildng their bunkers - if you can't beat them...

This February (2025) the labor force added 151,000 jobs.

Now don't go confusing them with facts....we all know they hate facts.

You know like "No Ukraine did not start the war with Russia."  Dear leader said they did so obviously the fact that it is a lie does not play well in La La Maga land.  See no evil hear no evil.

Oh, not disagreeing.  But, a recession can actually be a good thing in the long run for a reset.  Which, the U.S. needs I think the last great recession was 2007.  And, a very short one in 2000.  Anyway, during his upcoming 4 years there is a chance of a U.S. recession as they usually occur every 6 1/2 years.

And your point is?

Your having  projects means nothing for the greater good if the total value of all projects has decreased.

In your desperation for criticism you make no sense.

Thanks for pointing out the real apocalypse that is descending on humanity while the people that should be "doing something to prepare for it" are wasting time on stupid wars and illegal immigration etc.

As usual, nothing will be done till it's too late.

Perhaps it's time for WW3 to provide employment opportunities.

I think they are doing things to prepare, but behind the scenes.

It doesn't make the daily news.

It's obscure news you have to search for that's more hidden.

What did Reagan do to the middle class?

Not at all, You are claiming that you have many projects in the pipeline. Wonderful for you, but it has no relevance if not taken  in consideration of the  total numbers. If the total number of projects and their  values is  reduced, then it means that others are not enjoying the same success you are bragging about and that does have a negative  impact.

What did Reagan do to the middle class?

Trickle down economics and  initiating massive  budget deficits in large part because of tax cuts for a small group.
