So trump supporting a us company is wrong? Getting donations from a us company is worse than overseas donations....can't seem to remember any of you guys calling out Harris campaign donations or Bidens.... only when it comes to Trump does anyone seem to care

IMO blatant corruption to call for donations from industry execs in a quid per pro. I am truly surprised it is not a criminal act under US law or at the very least law to limit value of donations from companies / individuals. US business practice with politicians must be massively corrupt.

In just a few days, Donald Trump appeared to lay waste to decades-long American efforts to crack down on public and private corruption within the U.S. and abroad with a series of actions that experts are calling a clear signal that malfeasance by politicians and corporate actors will be tolerated if not encouraged.

So in the 9/11 event when Article 5 was used to enlist NATO countries and others such as Australia and military participants from such countries died in significant numbers and their Governments paid millions of their money you are saying International actions  by POTUS are irrelevant or of no impact?

Further to that did any of those countries demand repayment or compensation in any form for being duped into a bs "war" ?

Did they get a "Thank you" ?

WTF has 911 got to do with an Australian making threads on ASEAN Now about American domestic politics like social security or promoting telsa?

I think you got a bit too frothy for the actual comment, maybe a chill pill, or are you on 30/30 rotation and just landed in soi 6, pattaya?

'In your opinion' but in reality if it was blatant corruption he'd be done for it legally.

but as we have seen for the last 8 years it never is, nothing sticks, apart from some inflated charged held in a corrupted Democrat state...  its just anti trump squawking and Pearl clutching, and no doubt it will being going on daily for the next 4 years.

will you ever step back and realise you are lied to nonstop by the media you follow... seriously, time to act your age rather that screaming 14 yrs old tantrum  brat. You are an adult apparently

The fact that you make the issue about the person posting rather than about the contents of what they post is a perfect example of deflection. Why is that so difficult for you to understand?

Are you as old as your profile? Donald Sutherland right?

In arithmetic we all know that a negative times a negative yields a positive number. Maybe you're modeling your comment on that. Maybe you believe that one irrelevant comment compounded by another will somehow make them relevant?

Tesla has a waiver in some states to sell directly rather than through dealers.

Tesla, despite facing unionization attempts, remains an all-American automaker with its workforce remaining non-unionized, with no unions currently representing its workers in the US.

The left places huge subsidies on EV purchases back when they love Elon and cared about CO2 emissions.

Now the left hates Elon and all they care about is attacking Trump, so they are howling about the subsidies they gave him.

Howl lefties, howl!!!!

Elon Musk Pumped a Quarter-Billion Dollars Into Pro-Trump Campaign Groups

Elon Musk poured roughly a quarter of a billion dollars into two pro-Trump political groups during the recent election cycle, new filings show, an extraordinary sum for an individual that far exceeds what he had publicly indicated he was giving.

The billionaire gave a total of $238.5 million in cash and in-kind contributions during the cycle to America PAC, the super political-action committee that he formed this year, according to a Federal Election Commission filing covering mid-October through Nov. 25. That total included $75 million in the last two weeks of October alone.

And ?

remind me how much Kamala received in donations ?

No doubt all you Musk/Trump haters support all the vandalism and what whatnot against Tesla, yes?

Wait until we start seeing some of the vandals going to jail, how will funny with that be?

In any event, Tesla is still almost $800B and it's up ~48% in the last twelve months even with the sell-off, so I doubt Elon is hurting.

Irrelevant. Did Elon do anything illegal ?

So hiring your biggest individual donor, one who does a lot of business with the Federal government, doesn't raise ethical questions? Is it your position that as long as something is legal, it's ethical?

The white house hasn't been ethical in generations.

You think this is the first time a high paying donor has been involved in white house decisions ? Spare me.

Again. Both a firecracker and and a stick of dynamite are explosives. Does that mean there is no significant difference between them? As a certain political philosopher once remarked "Quantity has a quality all its own."

The dynamite exploded in the white house after the attempted debate by Biden. Exposed the total corruption of the system.

Something I know you want to forget happened.
