Hi can anyone recommend an Pattaya agent to do a couple of resident certs for me please,i hear the queue is rather long at immigration so looking for the cheapest alternative. 

just curious, what does Pattaya immigration charge for cor?

Thanks for the replies another question if i do it myself i have a friend with mobility probs,can i get a cert for him while i'm there?

Chonburi will check your TM30 even with an agent so make sure it is up to date.

Yes, that is possible. 

POA most likely required.

I am on a non-imm o and got back from a holiday im australia the last 2yrs and went to immigration and was told as i was returning to my own condo was told tm30 it was not necessary to do again,go figure 555

That "no need to make TM30 after return to usual place of residence" came in June 2020.

In recent times is now required.

Some genius wanted to sync TM30 with online reporting.

not last week it wasn't i suppose it depends on the IO.

Last Year, Maneerat did TM30 and Residence cert for Driving License 2,000 baht.
Satisfied and would recommend. 
Oh I just have 555.

I did a Residents Certificate there a few weeks ago hardly any due for that desk. 300 baht. I had to update my TM30 as I had a new passport. Very easy, you don't need an agent, waste of money.
