March 15, 2025Mar 15 Hi can anyone recommend an Pattaya agent to do a couple of resident certs for me please,i hear the queue is rather long at immigration so looking for the cheapest alternative.
March 15, 2025Mar 15 Google "Pattaya visa agent"... Then scroll down to the map with all locations. There are plenty. Maneerat Soi 13/2 is often mentioned. Street back Soi 13 is Thai Visa Service. Personally I would do it myself Here is thread if you decide to obtain COR yourself. https://aseannow.com/topic/1338973-residence-certificate-in-jomtien/

Yes, that is possible. POA most likely required. Link I posted earlier outlines required docs. Jomitien often require TM30

In recent times is now required. Some genius wanted to sync TM30 with online reporting.

March 17, 2025Mar 17 Last Year, Maneerat did TM30 and Residence cert for Driving License 2,000 baht. Satisfied and would recommend. Oh I just have 555.
March 17, 2025Mar 17 I did a Residents Certificate there a few weeks ago hardly any due for that desk. 300 baht. I had to update my TM30 as I had a new passport. Very easy, you don't need an agent, waste of money.
