No matter what people say about how harmless weed is, the relaxation of drug laws was a huge pull for low lifes and trouble makers. It just sends out a message that it's a country where you can do anything you like, and that's a real attraction for scumbags like the one in the OP. 

 

Although he's probably on something like yaba. His behaviour is similar to the young Brit who died while being restrained a couple of weeks ago.

Hahaha.  If he's training in martial arts his gym needs to be converted to a yoga and wellness center for their gross incompentence.

Yoga teachers seem to be just as, if not more entitled than anyone..all druggies, losers, beggers, DTV needs stopping now

Absolutely the pits what they've done. 

I've read a few comments here, members blaming drugs, the article says under the influence of substance but I don't believe, it's just the way some foreigners behave these days, bloody Psycho's 

 

The worst thing about Thailand is some of the foreigners.
