Left the bar in a position to keep operating after his death and also for it to be rebuilt after being burnt down .

   They are just normal staff working there .

They would only be considered to be  grumpy if you were comparing them to the bar girls in go go bars  .

   Some guys go in there winking at the staff and making lewd comments trying to get free sex , not realizing that its a pizza restaurant and not a go go bar

PS; I understand that all the bar staff and most kitchen staff have families and any such advances will certainly get you the grumpy look/attitude.

What has the age of staff got to do with a restaurant's food.

The reek of Cannabis, which I have never smelt there, is apparently all around all entertainment areas of Thailand now.

I also doubt if it is around during the breakfast period, if at all.

   So, that you, Ralf and Harris fan who has never been there before ?

TBH, I didn't really take much notice of the staff , I just tell them what I want to eat .

   I've never smelt cannabis in there and I do believe it would be illegal for cannabis smoke to drift onto neighboring properties .

   Breakfast was decent for 180 Baht , HP sauce as well
