A foreign man was left critically injured after being stabbed in the neck outside a condominium in Pattaya, following a violent outburst of jealousy by his ex-girlfriend’s new foreign partner.

At approximately 18:00 on 26 April, Pol. Lt. Thanongsak Inphadung, deputy inspector at Pattaya City Police Station, received a report of a foreign national being stabbed outside a condominium on Soi Khao Phra Tamnak 4, Pattaya, Chonburi Province.

The incident was immediately reported to Pol. Col. Anek Sarathongyoo, Superintendent of Pattaya City Police Station. Rescue workers from Sawang Boriboon Pattaya Foundation and hospital emergency teams were dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim, identified as Mr Romanov Mikhail, a Russian national, bleeding heavily from a deep stab wound to the neck. Emergency responders provided initial treatment before rushing him to Pattaya City Hospital in a serious condition.

Witnesses at the scene stated that the attack stemmed from jealousy involving the victim, who was the ex-boyfriend of a foreign woman. Although the pair had ended their relationship, they continued to stay in frequent contact. The new boyfriend, also a foreigner living nearby, had been keeping a close watch on the woman’s movements. Upon witnessing the woman sitting with her former partner outside the condominium, the new boyfriend flew into a rage, brandishing a knife and stabbing the victim viciously in the neck.

Despite his injuries, the victim attempted to fight back but quickly failing due to his wound and blood loss. The assailant then calmly walked away, disposing of the weapon in a nearby rubbish bin before fleeing the scene. CCTV footage captured the entire incident clearly.

Pattaya City Police, in cooperation with Tourist Police, are now urgently working to track down the suspect and bring him to justice.

Too many fish in the sea"

The girl is stupid, like so many modern women.

If you have a new boyfriend, you cut off the old one.

Most women cannot be with one man in this day and age.

Especially in Pattaya, maybe.

You hate a strong independent woman.

Is this related to the other foreigner-on-foreigner stabbing in Phra Tamnak very recently reported? The one where the Irish guy got stabbed?

Somebody must explain to that guy that he is in Pattaya.

Just one question: is she a natural blonde? Rarity sometimes is equated with desirability, or so I've read

After reading the OP a third time it seems clear to me:

NO THAI WOMAN involved!

Or as quickly judged a "hore" (likely meaning a whore).

All the others can also save their simplified posts.

This is all foreigner related!

Maybe a short time on the way to the love motel.

See e.g. the thread about the Russian prostitute in Phuket.

A few in Pattaya.

Well, only people with integrity do that.

Most women these days have the integrity of a Russian potato salesman.

And speaking of Russian, yet another one....tsk, tsk, tsk...

You can't make a 'garden tool' a housewife. Remember you're never 'the one' , you're just one of many.  And if a woman leaves you for any reason....let her.  She ain't losing sleep over you....don't bother doing it for her.

hmm… as long as they stab and injure each other , who cares?
