Well, transgender people are born that way. Depending on how you define biological, they might qualify as such. Obviously, if it comes down to reproduction, there’s only two genders, but transgender people are real. They do exist and I honestly don’t understand why there’s such a fuss about it. Take Thailand, for example, no one gives a flying f.ck and that’s the way it should be everywhere.

There are many people on the world that don't like the way they look, don't like their bodies for many different reasons. But as much as I don't like Trump, he's absolutely correct by saying there are only 2 sexes. Male and female. When a person starts barking it doesn't mean he's a dog. When a man dress up and behave as a woman, it doesn't make him a woman. Cutting of some parts of the body for no other reason but just to play a role - that's insane in my opinion.

methinks the junior doctors complaining are worried they will be losing out on a lot of money for steroids and gender medicine as well as procedures and problems related to the gender identity problems their patients may have. I would bet they make a lot more money on the trans than the average male or female. 

How can something like acknowledging men and women as the 2 sexes hurt these Trans and other Diverse sexes when for 100s of years it has been this way without hurting them.

You are born male or female, you are male or female, you will die male or female.

 

You can not transition to a different sex.  You can take drugs, lop things off & add fake things, to look differently, but your sex will never change.  You will always be either XX or XY.

 

Your sexual preferences and or attire is you personal choice, but you don't get to choose you sex.  If you think you can ... you may want to seek professional help.

Utter nonsense; there are only two biological sexes, and sex is decided at conception and recognised at birth, or sometimes before; this is immutable.

 

It is patently absurd to claim that anyone is born transgender; it is an illness that people develop later, often in their formative years. This is why it is vitally important that any literature or paraphernalia about transgenderism is kept well away from developing children, and banned from all schools. Societies have more than enough cases of mental illness, without giving children literature to encourage more.

An easier way to define it is that a woman has a uterus, and a man does not.  That's not something you can simply put into a man

 

It is going to be interesting to see how many of these doctors get good paying jobs and how many end up NHS supported.
