I really find the "scare prank" videos to be very entertaining.  I have always wondered what would happen if someone tried something similar in Thailand.

The Brazilian pranks are the most elaborate.

And a less frightening North American prank.

For musical entertainment, I play 'Reggae Do Maranhao' in the background.  This is a series of reggae music channels from Brazil:

There is some personal sadness in this music.  A couple of years ago, my young Thai niece was dying of TB. I rented a little wooden cabin to stay and care for her (her mother had to work to earn money for the other family members).  It was near to the hospital, but the doctors wouldn't admit her because they said she was beyond help.  Every day for a couple of weeks, we would stay in this little room and she listened to this soothing music all day. If I stopped playing it, she would motion for me to play it again 🙂

This guy is an enthusiastically learning about the USA.

He is not a hater, just enjoying learning and is enthusiastic.

Always, learning about the UK at the same time.

Here are some channels that I watch:

This one is just the interviews with some of musics greats that he has done:

yeah, was also into that channel for a while, but stopped watching.

he lives in netherlands and points out how much better it is to live in cities that are not designed around cars, but it's not going to change anywhere else.

what's the point unless you move to the netherlands?

All I'm reading here is negativity and whinging, no input. Not British are you?

Chris Williamson - has some good content

The AI Grid - to follow latest news on AI/Robotics

SNL - comedy skits, good for some quick laughs

The Salukie

Balls of steel Israeli Jew who goes where very few other Israeli Jews would ever go (as civilians).

He's now famous and still does this. Maybe a death wish, but still interesting.

This video was years back but now he's much more famous and always recognized in Palestine and even though he's trying to expand understanding there are definitely people there wanting to hurt him.

Talking Bass

Rich Brown - The Brownstone

For Thailand motorsports, CB Media.

I need to meet that guy so I can know about the events before they happen.  Scooter drag racing, drift racing, hot models, longtail boat races, rice tractor drag racing...  If it has an engine and they race them in Thailand, he goes and films it.  And, spoiler alert.  Thais race everything with an engine.

Shameless plug, I know.  But anyone that doubts the mechanical aptitude available in Thailand should watch a few to see what kind of genius is around.  I was floored.  And got a bad case of "the wants".

It's hard to tell if he's acting and/or so desperate to put out any content to get clicks.

He vacillates back and forth between "I love my wife and Thailand" to "I can't take another day here and will move to Spain."

Bob's got a channel now?

This duo has uploaded many videos about Thaialnd and SE Asia.  This is their lattest where they went to the US. Cue the gasps and shocking music.  This vidoe was actuallly not so dramatic and prettty good.  I have been to some of the same places they went to and the place still looks pretty same.

He (allegedly) did a few years in prison for trying to strangle his ex wife in Ireland, so had a breakdown already.

I could only watch the first few minutes before I stopped in disgust. The obvious lie that there were no black people in the Roman army has been disproven many times. Maybe he later explained that the Romans held north Africa and so must have allowed black people to join the army but when you catch someone in an ignorant comment the first few seconds, turn it off.

My apologies if I should have watched the bit where he said there were lots of Africans in the Roman army.

Diversity in the Roman Army

Let us have this 'disproven many times' evidence then, there is NO evidence of black Africans in the Roman army or in Britania. There is slight evidence of north African troops, but they were not black, neither was Septimus Severus just because he was born in N Africa. This whole Afro centic, they have hidden our history theme is nonsense with no proof at all. There was diversity in the Roman army, it did not include sub Saharan blacks.

Very interesting arrest record he has back in the USA. Publicly available information.

They are rewriting history and injecting the period when Rome held Carthage during Augustus' rein into a woke narrative.  Rewriting history is becoming the new norm.

lately I've been watching quite a few of the scambaiter channels. It's interesting to see how these hackers infiltrate the scammers pc's, copy all their files and delete them, upload and activate viruses onto their systems, and then give all the copied data to local law enforcement.

North Africans are black. Nubians are black. Ethiopians are black. In Rome, Africa meant the North of continental Africa (see the map). Pointing to sub-Saharan blacks only is disingenuous as sub-Saharan Africa was not conquered by Rome. "Disproven " means, when someone says there were no blacks in the Roman army this has been proven to be wrong many times.

Even Severus knew there were blacks in the army in Britain, as he was accosted by an Ethiopian soldier in York.

There were black people at Hadrian's Wall.

The Roman military garrison at the fort of Burgh-by-Sands, on Hadrian’s wall in Cumbria. A fourth century inscription tells us that the Roman auxiliary unit Numerus Maurorum Aurelianorum was stationed at Aballava, modern-day Burgh-by-Sands. This unit had been mustered in the Roman province of Mauretania in North Africa, modern Morocco.

Until the second quarter of the second century when British recruits became more common, legionaries came initially from Italy (81%), but by the end of the first century were mainly from North Africa and other areas.

Lucius Quietus. He was a Roman officer and legate of Judea in 117 CE who was of Moroccan origin and was the son of a tribal chief.

The Roman historian, Tacitus, mentioned "the dark complexion and unusually curly hair" of the Silures, or Black Celts who he believed migrated there from Spain. When Julius Caesar invaded Britain he met these Blacks. Julius Caesar's army was itself composed of prominent Blacks.

I like to watch channels of people fixing stuff , The Pakistanis' are great they can

fix anything with a big hammer ,and chisel , reconditioning 50 60 year old trucks,

come out looking new , welding broken axles , and they seem to do it all on the

ground ,not a workbench in sight, welding ,sparks flying everywhere and they

are in sandals.

Diesel Creek , South Main Auto ,  James Condon ,fixes mostly generators ,

Dutch guy fixing up property in hills of Italy ,

OTR Food & History is wonderful.  Interesting & well-researched.
