    You have a new digital meter. It's accurate between 5 and (100) amps.  Your car will charge at 32 amps.   What we don't know is what meter you had before, it was a 5/15 then the chances are

You have to calculate for yourself if a TOU Meter makes sense for you. If you have an EV and/or high consumption at off peak times I would go for. If your consumption is mostly during peak times you pay a higher price than the normal one.

No it is not🤔 You bolt the charger to the wall and then call PEA.

You already have the replacement for the old 30/100A meters, your meter is 5/100A.
