Can you send a photo? You, wearing your ALU-HAT ???

I think I'm gonna like you....

This is all to get that fear reaction out of the Thais and it wouldn’t surprise me with the dropping tourist numbers and economy tanking that they may use this as another excuse.

And what underlaying complaints did these people have before COVID? I would bet they all had a serious complaint.

We're doomed! We're doomed. Meanwhile, an average of thirty people die in road accidents every day. And they are the only the ones reported.

Covid?? Sure its not the air poluution? That kills MANY more than Covid, but its just not interesting enough to talk about.....The flu perhaps? 🙄🙄 Sounds to me like a normal thing everywhere!

That's always the interesting part... No one is forcing anyone to wear masks during December, January and February when if you walk outside without a mask here in BKK, you're inhaling fumes that are equivalent to smoking something like 3 packs of cigarettes a day😂

Although we're in the rainy season, rain is supposed to clean the environment, in fact humidity favors the transmission of viruses and can worsen the condition of those with respiratory problems… We are in trouble… Again.🤔

I think the elderly will have to be careful

For the first time I can remember, Koh Samui Council became pro active, and used the quiet time to advantage by resurfacing nearly all of the ring road on the island.

And the beaches were super quiet  - no jet skis or hawkers plying their trade (OK everybody has to make a living - just sayin'! 🙂

"a strategic decrease in vaccine procurement for hospitals" What procurement? You can't get a COVID vaccine in Korat ANYWHERE.

Exactly, certainly the best time ever. Now we have low life, dopehead, handbag wearing Gen XYZ fascists bringing their western problems to Thailand.

Leave out the Gen X mate

Yes, and the medical profession will need to up their offshore bank accounts.

Unbelievable anyway, they start scaring again regarding a virus that has caused a fraction more deaths worldwide than a commonly known flu virus.
They must be hitting the Thai with this, when I see that they are still walking around with large amounts of masks.

And then some farangs who can't put it in perspective either.

Can we have the estimates of Prof Neil Ferguson and his team how many billions of people will die in Thailand in the next 2 months?

So useful the last time.

Haha. I love reading the comments of educated and experienced armchair epidemiologists. It reminds me of watching Loose Women once. So entertaining.

The selfish expat pensioners couldn't care less as they were not impacted. But apart from them:

Hordes of stressed Thais who were out of work, empty streets full of closed businesses like a ghost town, masks on everywhere, the scans at the entrance of the few places which were still half open, everybody scared of everybody…

It was a dystopian nightmare.

AND as I (and medical experts) have been saying for years this particular variant with it's sub-variants is a non-severe viral infection.

Unless you contract long Covid from it then you are a unlucky person!  I have seen then from this variant and it is no fun for these people.

6 covid deaths quick shut everything down probably 300 or 400 hundred road deaths in same period

And the propaganda STILL goes on to this day. Unbelievable they keep pushing this garbage on us.

It is unbelievable that you are still acting like being stung by a bee on these articles about Covid.  Apparently you need some help? Get over it an live your life. As if what you think about it is important?

I cant believe that this nonsense is still getting column inches!

And corrupt attention-seeking 'doctors' around the world posting stuff for what reason?

Because a preventable infection is still killing people. I keep my covid shots up to date and you'd be foolish not to.
