Captured in a TikTok video by user @98jeffers, the man is seen sprinting to avoid being kicked and punched, with witnesses alleging he was under the influence of alcohol. The park confirmed that he faced charges under the National Park Act for non-compliance and ignoring official orders. The act stipulates a possible fine of up to 100,000 baht, though the fine he paid wasn't disclosed.

 

After the incident, the tourist was taken from the scene and escorted back to his accommodation on Phi Phi Island. This case follows another recent infraction involving a foreign visitor feeding monkeys at Monkey Bay, an act clearly prohibited by the park.

 

These incidents underscore the enforcement challenges park officials face in ensuring compliance with regulations meant to protect natural sites, as well as the cultural respect expected from international visitors.

Another assumption added to the daily supply. Yaba and weed do completely different things to different people, with weed a lot more likely to have anyone using it be calm. Yaba can make some people have a hair trigger. This could also just be an arrogant moron who isn't respecting a different country. It doesn't take drugs to act like a moron for some.
