Best practice is to have your OS on expensive fast storage like SSD, for lightning fast boot and operation, then keep data on a mechanical drive where size is more important than speed of access.
From day 1 of your claim or when they knew you were living in Thailand from 2009 ? ie; did you pension fail to grow in value since 2009 since they knew you were living overseas? Many thanks.
It was frozen from the date I first became eligible to receive the SP. i.e. my 66th birthday in 2021. So, yes I continued to receive increases until 2021.
