Quite the sensitive leftist.   More so than most.

Never confuse your claimed higher education with intelligence.

Facts are facts.  Germany decimated the RAF.   If not for the USA, they would have crossed the channel in their own version of D-day.  On an English beach.

When did your family move to the US?

This could end up being Trump's Vietnam or Afghanistan, a 20 year war costing trillions. The difference being that neither of those nations had the kind of money that Iran has, nor the oil reserves, and the kind of international influence when it comes to terrorist organizations. The secondary aspect of this is that Iran has one of the most talented hacking teams on the planet so the amount of misery, damage and terror that they can rain down upon the US Mainland is unfathomable.

Trump of course doesn't know this because he's not someone who possesses any vision, he never reads anything, nor does he pay attention to his intelligence briefings. So he lives in a blissful state of ignorance 24/7, but some of us know better.

I'm not a supporter of Iran, nor am I a supporter of terror, however the Trump goes about things is always wrong, he never gets it right.

A deflection away from the facts that you would be speaking German if not for America.

Now let me think about American history, perhaps you can put me right.

The USA was formed by a huge influx of mainly Europeans speaking many different languages, so in the end a single language had to be determined for its future.

Now, was it a toss up between German and English, my old grey cells seemed to remember something like that......?    🤭

Being English, I feel quite humbled that you chose (not personally) my country's language.....

So yes, Great Britain, Rule Britannia.......😋

And we still kicked you out, TWICE.

Keep on deflecting when you can’t face the facts.

Indeed, the Europeans on mass repelled Great Britain, a bit like the Europeans on mass and Hitler, eh........😂

You keep deflecting away from WW2.

You would be speaking German.

You do not know that, you are wildly guessing, in fact, the world now speaks MY language, English, even ASEAN countries have voted to use English as a communication language, not German or American lingo.....:intheclub:

And according to some experts, Trump has made thing only worse with his bombing.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/bombing-iran-nuclear-sites-complicates-132948201.html

Indeed, there’s just a slim possibility that the US entering the war will convince Iran to increase IAEA cooperation, said Darya Dolzikova, a senior research fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, a London-based think tank.

“The more likely scenario is that they convince Iran that cooperation and transparency don’t work and that building deeper facilities and ones not declared openly is more sensible to avoid similar targeting in future,” she said.

IAEA inspectors haven’t been able to verify the location of the Persian Gulf country’s stockpile of near-bomb-grade uranium for more than a week. Iranian officials acknowledged breaking IAEA seals and moving it to an undisclosed location.

Some experts also expected Kamala to win the 2024 election, you know, the same experts saying the border was safe and secure and many of those experts saying you won't get covid if you get an mRNA clot shot. Only the daft and brainwashed sheep believe the regime activist media and their pundits, America and Trump haters, and those who seemingly hate the country and Trump and hope it fails as long as Trump does too. And, the fact of the matter is, America IS NOT at war with Iran but executed a military operation only, based on perceived imminent threats from Iran or other adversary. There has been no declaration of war.

A good move by the USA. There are risks, of course, but they are outweighed by the potential reward of preventing the current Iranian regime from arming itself with nuclear weaponry.

Agree. Better to be safe than sorry.

Definitely made it worse for Iran and their nuclear program in tangible ways. The concept of FAFO.

Utter hogwash.

The RAF prevented the Luftwaffe gaining air superiority in the Battle of Britain, Goering then made the fatal error of redirecting the Luftwaffe from attacking the RAF bases to night bombing of UK cities.

At no time after the Battle of Britain were the Luftwaffe in any position to provide the necessary air cover for an invasion of the UK.

The extent of American involvement in the Battle of Britain was limited to the very welcome and much appreciated contribution of American volunteers within RAF ‘Eagle Squadrons’.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio called on China to prevent Iran from blocking the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation for U.S. airstrikes.

Guessing again, well at least readers now know what you are about......😵

To bomb or not to bomb but we all know one thing: The USAF can put bombs on target.  The USAF is the toughest branch of the US Militray to enlist and to obtain a commission and they prove it again and again.  Besides they get the most expensive aircraft and equipment.

On the otherhand I cannot believe this was tweeted by the LASD.  In my time(this was a long time ago) the LASD was an effective law enforcement agency that patrolled many parts of LA County, ran the county jails and were bailffs in courthouses.  As usual the current Sheriff, Robert Luna, is silent.  Luna shows he is just politician with a badge.

Trump just shattered his political coalition ...

There are so many risks, a broader regional conflict, global oil market chaos not to mention dragging the likes of the other global superpowers into taking sides with Iran.

Americans don't want another forever war, but here we go. Buckle up. 👿

I don't know how I could be more angry right now, what a disaster.
Trump just shattered his political coalition ...

And yet............In his January inaugural address, Trump said "the US will measure our success not only by the battles we win but also by the wars that we end - and perhaps most importantly, the wars we never get into”. OOPS!

Also this from one of the GOP Senators.......“A new war would be a grave betrayal of the millions of working-class Americans who pulled for him last year seeking domestic revival, not foreign adventurism.”

Like it or not, a new war is what the US has got, although it will most likely be a covert war and be difficult to handle.

History would ask, should US tourists and expats be worried about their safety?

Thailand is listed as Level 1 with risk: Exercise normal precaution with higher security risk areas.  That is from US dept of State/travel advisories.

Let's compare AMERICA to iran.   Most here budget $4 for internet, 0 for everything else, and play 5-star General on the internet.   hahahhaha.   America is the 98274894037243284320743084234 lb Gorilla, numbers never lie.  never.  especially if I like the numbers.

Why is every post you disagree with a troll post?

And again.

Did you know, "Benjamin Nenthanyu", for at least 30 years (starting when he was just an Isreali MP),he espoused the same rhetoric that "Iran is close to building their own nuclear deterrent" by producing  "the bomb".

This has been promoted throughout the course of "Western Media" for controlled reporting.

https://www.aljazeera.com/gallery/2025/6/18/the-history-of-netanyahus-rhetoric-on-irans-nuclear-ambitions.

You may scoff and diminish against the "source" of the recorded rhetoric exposed.

Persian / Iranian "History" does not start at the taking over of the "US Embassy" in Tehran.

What was the budget for North Vietnam, as opposed to South Vietnam.

What was the budget for North Korea as opposed to South Korea.

Budgets of an ability of military spending does not account for success in a a hostility arena.

False and misleading claim.

This "point-blank" congressional hearing of Tulsi Gabbard was a confirmation  hearing - meaning that she was not  Director of the US intelligence at that time. As a nominee, she was not privy to to all relevant intelligence then and has changed her view since being confirmed.
