Was at my old team leaders wedding & his sister is married to Johnny Marr so obviously they came,  stood at the bar & Johnny walks up, says you must be Sam, Pete has suggested I talk to you as we're looking to by property in South Warrington... I just blurted out Fck me, you're Johhny Marr 😛 

 

Have loads of similar stories that he use to tell us about people he'd met (believe it or not he was most impressed by meeting Bryan Ferry) but my favourite one has to be when he was arround his sister's house & Paul Weller walked up... Fck me, you're Paul Weller 😛

Johnny Marr was great with Matt Johnson.

I'd agree with this sentiment. The 90's was like their Never Mind The Bolx and 2025 is their Great Rock N Roll Swindle.
