Does it effect the prices of cheese and ham toasties from 7 eleven and a large bottle of Leo at your local mom & pop shop? if not, then no we shouldn't be worried. Next.

The debt was only a problem when the President was a Democrat.

  • The debt is never any problem to Democrats as long as they're the ones stealing and wasting money.

I'll speak for the 1%.   No.   Yes, there's a chance my family tree will fall out of the Top-1% in the next 398 years, which is why we must make an additional 11 billion before I pass.

Is this not what you said verbatim?:

"Cherry picked opinion from one presenter. In her own words.

"I’m a conservative. And I know that the most conservative of all conservative principles is being faithful to the Constitution,”

So no, as a staunch conservative she will never be a hero of the left."

Glad you agree it's not her adhering to the constitution that will prevent her from being a lefty hero, but her conservatism.

With the Debt-to-GDP ratio more than double the recommended healthy level of 60%? Yes, we should be worried and pissed! 😡 The budget should be cut every year until the Debt-to-GDP ratio is back under 60%, and no new spending should be allowed until it falls back below that 60% level.

Trump and the GOP have just voted a bill oncreasing the debt! :coffee1:

Didn't they campaign on debt decrease?

Don't try and confuse a Trumper with facts. They will come back calling you some name or something instead of facts & evidence.

Or they just claim Trump didn't mean it, was joking, etc... or that nobody really believed it!

Promise them we'll never cut Medicade and the Hoi poloi don't give a whit because they can smell lies.  Caveat Emptor with any such political BS. The billionaires are entitled to the tax breaks and more, thanks to future generations.

No, We need more expensive weapons deployed worldwide by robotic troops taking orders from AI.  The 'helicopter $$' they keep throwing out won't last. 20-year environmental reconstruction isn't in the budget projection.

We should be very worried, one has to take into account the fact that Dick Cheney got a resolution passed that allow the entire Afghan and Iraqi campaigns to be conducted entirely off the books, so that's an extra 5 to 10 trillion that has to be added to the figures that they're already admitting to. The last  Trump administration added seven to eight trillion to the deficit, and he's probably going to add another 7 to 10 trillion this time, with 3.3 trillion alone just from his ridiculous ugly big bill. And that's what they're admitting to, the man spends like a drunken sailor.

This is bull<deleted>.   The numbers are accounted for in the federal budget.

Maybe cut the military budget as Mr. T is a man of peace.

How much should be cut from the military?

Peace through strength.
