US voting system allows for people like Musk to influence outcomes through largescale interventions. Musk is going to come back to  haunt trump like an ex hooker, and Musk has the money to be able to hold off Trump 's retaliation until he is out of office.

Musk influenced the vote by giving the incumbent a huge wedge.

Musk's bank account is big enough to sink anything the incumbent can come with now, and the afterbirth. Remember his hasty words after their break-up? The ones that were equally hastily retracted? As much as I dislike the man, I reckon he's keeping his powder dry.

  • Easy now, you probably should have held off posting this given that our friends on the left have had such a traumatizing past few months as they haven’t had a chance to compose themselves yet.

A subject only US nationals might care about. The man has no personality and has a flawed character. Marco Rubio has a better chance than Vance.

How quaint.

I don't see it either. Even Trump running for a third term would be more likely than Vance... And even IF he ran and won, very doubtful that his time in office would convince voters to re-elect him in 2032...

Who agrees he will actually get a shoy at a third?  Why?

No one that is not a moron believes he will attempt to run for a third term.

The most important question at this point now that we have a criminally corrupt "president" acting as an autocratic dictator is whether there will be a REAL election in 28, or even in 26. No, this is NOT hyperbole. Their possible plan is already clear. Declare states of emergency in blue state areas, etc. at election time. You know Russia has elections but they haven't been real for a very long time.

A post like that is an indicia of a serious lack of grasp on reality.

Never said that. Just ironically said that Vance hasn't got a chance, unless, perhaps, Trump does everything 'right' and endorses him...

(You want Vance as a president, go ahead and vote for him. Personally I wouldn't...)
