I think it is a sign of weakness that Russia is always talking up their nuclear capability and threatening world war 3. They must subconciously have an inferiority complex or feel that everyone is against them.

 

Western countries never feel the need to boast about their nuclear arsenals or threaten to bring about detruction. China never does either. I guess these countries are confident in their capabilites and see no need to bluster and threaten.

Obviously a sign of weakness. Years into a war that was supposed to last three days. Thousands of Russians killed and wounded EVERY DAY with no end in sight. They even have to use cannon fodder troops from North Korea to keep the daily meat grind fed. And not only are the soldiers dying. The elite that Putin cannot rule without are flying out of windows at an astounding pace.

Sooner or later a Brutus will step up. Putin will definitively die by the sword.
