Mine was rejected once as went out of the country and so my 90 reporting was reset when I came back into the country, so I had to wait 90 days to report from that day in person.

I went to the drive through immigration office in Phuket, it took five minutes, no forms to fill in, I just handed over my passport.

He didn't mention he did not leave the country, it could have been the case.

Thanks, 20 years in Thailand, was rejected, went to immigrantion, next time approved online.....this time... Not..... I have a BOI visa and WP.

For anyone in Bangkok be aware 90 report can be made in Bangkok other than CW.

Bumrungrad International Hospital 6th floor.

Think it's a 650b fee and requires 2 visits.

Drop off and pick up 6 days later.

Suits some rather than trip to CW.

For others it's your immigration office for in person report.

Sending my lazy TGF to do it.

Why do you have a lazy TGF for...OK she works evening as chef...

The online is hit and miss. I do a max. of 3 before I give up and go to Immigration. A couple of times, the 3rd attempt has proved successful even with all the same info. Worth a go if you have time.

Have you only been completing the mandatory (asterisked) fields for your online submissions? If so, that might be the reason behind the inconsistencies you've been experiencing. Some time ago I had an online submission rejected (by Rayong) on the grounds of incomplete information being provided, even though I had completed all mandatory fields. Ever since then I've always ensured that all fields (mandatory and non-mandatory) are completed for my online submissions, and everything's been OK.

650 baht and two visits 6 days apart, I think not, i'd rather pay the fine for not doing it

Yeah, the online 90 day report system is honestly really unreliable. It happens a lot where one gets rejected for no clear reason, and the next one just goes through fine. It does feel like hit and miss. If you want to save time, Issa Compass can help submit it in person so you don’t have to go all the way to immigration for a reasonable price. Just let us know if you need support.

Issa Compass is building software to make Thai visa applications easier and stress-free. We currently support non-B, Retirement, LTR, DTV and more.

But you don't live in Bangkok.

Good to see you have money to burn.

Be my guest.

Was simply pointing out the option some would not be aware of in Bangkok.

Not sure that I'd be happy with leaving my passport with them for 6 days, though!

This. Mirrors my experience at CW. Which is why it's key to submit the 90-day report two weeks prior to the 'due date', if you're doing it online. Have mentioned this before, but it's best to view this exercise as a '75-day report'.

This gives time for a second crack at submitting if a REJECTED comes back, and even a third if that one comes back REJECTED as well.  I've gotten an APPROVED on a third try at it, even on a submission after the CW-imposed window of '15-to-7 days before the due date' had passed. Think '75 days', leaving yourself plenty of time to submit, and don't pack it in after getting a REJECTION on the first (or second) try.

Yay, second try accepted
