Just to summarize, it is quite possible under the charge in the criminal complaint that Mr. Dunn be charged with a misdemeanor and not a felony.

 

According to one DC area criminal defense attorney, the felony version of 118CFR111(a)  felony covered under 18 U.S.C. 111(a)(2) -- the 11(a)(1) in the criminal charge is a misdemeanor.
