How to watch Premier League in Thailand

Featured Replies

Just discovered True are not streaming Premier League this year despite charging me 499bht pm on an annual contract for the service! Apparently AIS have the rights despite having merged/partnered with True. True don't want to reduce my mthly bill!

I now have to switch carriers to AIS and pay 699bht mthly despite not receiving a reduction from True so that's 1198bht pm AND buy an AIS phone to receive the service.

True never cease to amaze me with their rip offs.

Arrived at our local hotel last night where we normally watch the early game. Was told the previous evening that it might still be on 602. Wrong.

The waitress then scanned all the channels with no luck. She then switched to Cable and came up with the game. Vietnamese channel but Thai commentary. Definition not 100% but watchable. Channel 39.

It's on Monomax Sports who I think you can get with a quite cheap subscription.

AIS didn't partner with True, they partnered with 3BB

You don't need to have AIS internet to subscribe to Monomax or AIS Play, you can use it on your True connection

If that 499 baht includes an add-on for the football, then they are obliged to reduce the bill with that amount.

On a tablet zero baht zero lag every televised game🤔

Monomax had an opening offer with 100 Baht reduction per month but for 1500 baht for 6 months you can get a full IPTV sevice which gives you UK, Aus and NZ channels plus all the sport you can throw a stick at. Not just EPL, champioship, champions league, darts , golf .F1 etc and with 3 days catch up

@chilly07 You seem to have got a few things mixed up. TRUE merged with DTAC, as opposed to AIS and there is no need to switch carriers in order to get the service via AIS.

I've made a post here with what you need to do to get the service via AIS.

The price is either 199 baht per month or 1999 baht per annum. Plus 50 baht for an AIS SIM needed to register initially.

The PLAY MONOMAX Standard package is available for AIS Postpaid, Prepaid and/or AIS Fibre3 customers who are registered as a residential individual (“Subscriber”).

PLAY MONOMAX Standard Monthly Package

Special price: THB 199/month (regular price: THB 299/month)

PLAY MONOMAX Standard Yearly Package

Special price: THB 1,999/year (regular price: THB 2,999/year)

The above prices include 7% VAT but exclude the main internet service package fee.

Subscribers can watch live sports content such as the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, the 2025/2026 Premier League season, and the FA Cup 2025/2026, along with a variety of entertainment including movies, series, and variety shows from MONOMAX, immediately upon successful subscription.

Subscriber can watch Premier League football content for the 2025/2026 season immediately upon the official start of the competition season.

Subscribers can enjoy all 51 matches of the FIFA Club World Cup, 380 matches of the Premier League, and 63 matches of the FA Cup.

Subscribers can watch football content from the FA Cup 2025/2026.

Subscriber can watch premium channels through the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device simultaneously.

The AIS PLAY application supports the following device and operating systems:

(1) Smartphones/tablets running Android 9 or later, or iOS 11 or later

(2) Large-screen device including Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS 5.5 or later), and AIS PLAYBOX.

Subscriber can access content through the MONOMAX application on 1 device at a time. Supported platforms include Android 9.0 and above (with Widevine DRM support), iOS 14.2 and above, mobile phones, tablets, Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen 5.5+), LG TVs (WebOS 4.0+), Android TV, Android Box, and Apple TV.

Subscriber can choose to watch channels from Monomax Standard via either the AIS PLAY or MONOMAX application, but only one application can be used at a time. Simultaneous use of both applications is not permitted.

Monomax replaced Truevisions this season as the broadcaster in Thailand of the Premier League. Two games in, how's it doing?

Last week not too bad, but some momentary buffering lost the picture. 8/10.

This week a disaster in the 2nd half. Service lost at times. Became so bad that I had to change to watch on HDPrime. 4/10 and seriously questioning if I really want to take out a one year subscription (initially have a one month package to test it).

Firestick is the way to go......
