No idea, but if it's not it just continues to prove the level of The Syndrome ©®™ on this board.

Actually, the international news feed is pretty solid, especially the science and tech

555 it's just a vapid insert knee jerk compulsion/reaction. Blame Trump, blame Fox...

I thought the minority was the Brits themselves? The immigrants are the majority now.

I'd feel sorry for y'all, but too many Brits on this forum seem to hate the ongoing revolution in US.

Brexit was brilliant. You got your country back from do nothing, over regulated Europe.

What we actually got back was Europe's migrant detritus that we can't send back a mass of red tape and being far poorer unless your name is Boris' 🤔

the indigenous people of Britton values & identity are being replaced by a farleft  Starmer.

In a 2024 article,

"Just seven years ago he praised Jeremy Corbyn’s astonishingly Left-wing election manifesto as a “foundational document” for Labour, and when he was running for leadership in 2020 he promised to close immigration detention centres, having previously said there was a “racist” undercurrent to all immigration law".

Well, at least he does what he says. I guess you all did not think that when closing the immigration detention centers that it meant sending all the illegals to expensive hotels. haha

Ok, this is going to be good. Please tell me about these mayors who can't speak English. List them. And maybe list your source for the claim.

Do they also have Muslamic ray guns?

Absolutely, that's why you guys got Donald Trump and we got Keir Starmer.

Enjoy!

Can you explain in what ways Brexit was brilliant and how we got our country back?

Btw: Maybe 71% of Britons polled suggested that Starmer was doing a bad job, but I very much doubt that 71% of the survey stated that he was left-wing.

Because decisions are made in UK and not in Brussels. People must have a right to self determination if a society is to thrive ... or even sustain itself

I think part of UKs issues here are not Brexit, but what came after

*COVID

*Illegal immigrants

*Continued economic decline

*Failure to reach grand accord with US on trade to rebalance

*Feckless leadership

*Embattled Parliament

*Lack of innovation

*Skullduggery sowing social chaos, anti speech

* Social program failures: healthcare, welfare

The primary problem with UK is in its failure to first sort itself out, create national agenda, execute on action plan. It's rudderless.. The nation has been adrift for years and that hardly can be blamed on Brexit

* The Pakis and Afghanis roaming wild harassing minor girls is objectively absurd... surreal in a civilized nation.

* Europe is a do nothing wasteland. It will continue it's decline until it simply disintegrates

I believe in the nations of Europe, not EU. All those bureaucrats could be hanged tomorrow and the EU wouldn't lose a cent nor a moments sleep.

Ah, right, all those things, but not Brexit - of course. Let's have a look at these points.

Quote

*COVID

Same for everyone.

Quote

*Illegal immigrants

Made much worse due to Brexit, and the subsequent ending of the  Le Touquet Treaty and of course the Dublin agreement. It is universally accepted that Brexit has made illegal immigration much worse, not better as Farage and co promised (lied) it would be. https://ukandeu.ac.uk/the-facts/what-is-the-dublin-regulation/

Quote

*Continued economic decline

Yep, thanks to Brexit, as evidenced by the government's own independent financial watchdog, the OBR: https://obr.uk/forecasts-in-depth/the-economy-forecast/brexit-analysis/

Quote

*Failure to reach grand accord with US on trade to rebalance

It was never going to happen as the UK is a small trading partner with much lesser negotiating power than the huge trading bloc that is the EU.

Quote

*Feckless leadership

I agree with you on this. Absolutely dreadful Tory leadership both pre and post Brexit.

Quote

*Embattled Parliament

Not sure what this means, sounds like a buzz word.

Quote

*Lack of innovation

Ditto, as above. But lack of innovation on what? Sciences? Research? Look again at Brexit. Brexit meant the end of Horizon and all the EU funded scientific research that came with it, a 35% decline in the number of European scientists coming to Britain, a fall in the number of European university attendees in the sciences. Estimated half a billion Euros a year worse off due to the ending of EU funding for research.

*Skullduggery sowing social chaos, anti speech

I agree with you on this too. The social chaos and division sowed by the likes of Johnson, Farage and Yaxley-Lennon has been disgraceful. Pre-Brexit and even more so post-Brexit, blaming immigrants for all the woes and sowing hatred and division. They should actually be up on criminal charges if you ask me.

Quote

* Social program failures: healthcare, welfare

Again, agreed. Tory funding cuts to the health service over their 14 years of mis-management have left it crippled. And going back to the previous point this was pounced upon by the division sowers to put the blame on immigrants. Have to wait ages for a doctor's appointment? Immigrants. Trouble with your dentist? Immigrants. Oh, but wait, there's going to be an extra £350 million a week for the NHS after Brexit, right? Any day now? Maybe? Another lie.

That has been a problem over the previous 14 years, agreed. All we have had from Whitehall has been noise, more noise, and hot air. Oh, and infighting. And incompetence. And lies.

Sorry, "Pakis"??????

Wishful thinking. The UK is disintegrating, not the EU.

Ah, yes, the old "faceless unelected bureaucrats"!! Whoop whoop. They are called civil servants in most countries and are a normal part of any functioning government - in fact they are the backbone of any functioning government.

How many "faceless bureaucrats" does the EU have? Do you know? Around 63,000. How many does the UK have? Around 540,000. In per capita terms that is around 14 per 100,000 citizens for the EU, and around 795 per 100,000 in the UK.

The EU is actually quite efficient and streamlined and power is, in many ways, decentralised - contrary to what Farage and co would like you to believe. Also not sure why you would want to hang people who are just doing their job - that's a pretty nasty thing to even think of - but take them away and the EU administration would collapse and cease to function.

Do you want to hang "the Pakis" too?
