Is there an Interpol red notice for this shameless billionaire?

Yes but nobody has asked the country he is in (rumours UK) to act on it.  🤷🏼

  • Yet again talking about all the people around the case. What about Boss? They know where he is, but don´t bring him home to face the charges. Just shows that some people are above the law. Disgusting

  • Run out of brown envelopes. Needing a topup.   So, watch this space for nothing to happen (yawn).

  • Excellent news

"Job done", if only it was legal here and in the country that he is located!

How do you think the RTP can "bring him home" from a country in which he is not wanted and they have no jurisdiction?

They know when he flies in and out of DMK.

What makes you suggest that he's in and out of Thailand?  Uncorroborated hearsay again?!

By actually issuing a red notice, you know damn well how it works, the RTP just need to actively pursue it.

And you should "damn well" know that unless he is arrested and extradition is started the RTP can do nothing, Notice or no Notice.  A red notice does not give the Thai police any jurisdiction outside Thailand and they cannot pursue it unless the UK authorities cooperate with them by detaining him, something that they have shown to have no interest in doing.

Which is why I literally never said murder.

Which is why I, literally, said, "If you said it".

The reality is what is going to be the excuse when 2027 comes about he returns?  I'm sure by then Thaksins advisor will be contacted!🤑

He's rumoured to reside mainly in London because of his family-owned properties

So this piece of dirt is living the high life in London? Something pretty sick about this

Well, it's a good job I literally didn't say it......imagine if I had?

We have friends in the same circles.

I think any police officer who tampers with evidence to protect someone who has killed a fellow police officer (!) needs to be put in front of a firing squad.

After all these years from start till now I have never read so much garbage when it comes to Thai laws and , as we all know, corrupt officials. Especially when big money is easily available to hand out to top RTP  brass, politicians and judges.

We all know what the end result will be especially after all the penalties he has, will expire. What a crazy law to allow such serious crimes to expire. Only in Thailand,

Why does not someone, outside of Thailand,  put red bull boss out of his misery!. It costs 13cents.

I think you'll be horrified when the final sentence is delivered.....as I will be.

Plenty of possible brown envelopes left !!!

So?  Posters have been denying that the notice was ever issued, I provided evidence that it was, that's all.     Are you doubting its veracity?

All member forces of Interpol have been asked to act on the notice, that's the point of the notice being issued and every member police force getting the notice but no country is obligated to act on advisory Interpol notices.

No...the Red Bull notice no longer exists, in fact the fact one, supposedly issued, and displayed, never actually appeared on Interpols notice site.

If you bothered to read the Bangkok Post article that I linked you'd see that it specifically stated that the notice I posted here had been made available to the public.  The majority of Interpol notices are not publicly viewable, that's why searching for them is pointless unless you're an Interpol member.

"Interpol has posted its red notice for Vorayuth Yoovidhya online publicly, informing the world the scion to the Red Bull energy drink fortune is wanted in Thailand for reckless driving causing the death of a policeman five years ago.

The international police network made the "red notice'' for Mr Vorayuth viewable to the public on Monday. Law enforcement officials have been able to access the listing since last month".

He won't need an excuse, there will be no outstanding charges then.

And probably become a politician..?

Stop making things up, I never said anything about jurisdiction, but without an active Red Notice, no country will detain him....fact, there is no red notice.

Stop  your usual BS, the last notice 2018 was clearly mark public and was not seem on Interpols site...your masters must be paying you well.

The President of the United States is a convicted criminal and he can go anywhere and do anything he wants.

The USA is the most corrupt country in the world.

You correct with his family money I'll be surprised any would stand up and complain. 🤑

Lou, of course I read your link. But does Austria not respect red notices? And this guy must travel widely if not to Thailand. Why won't others pick him up? Are billionaires immune?

Dicktators certainly are, e.g., Putin, Netanyahu.
