There was no conspiracy theory. It was a FACT that he had been missing from public life for numerous days. Stop lying. 

I understand that Trump rules as a dictator and has diseased delusions that he is the King of America and the greatest expert on grass in the world. However, he's supposed to be a PUBLIC SERVANT. The system is designed for him to serve the public, not for the public to serve and worship him as his cult members do. 

So when he ghosts the public, that is legit news, and a decent leader would tell the public why he did that.
