She didn't even remember what year it allegedly happened.  "Based on the jury's findings" is hardly proof of anything in a Democrat stronghold.  Imagine being a Dem supporter and able to say, "I was on the jury that stopped Trump".

 

That case should have been tossed just based on the NY Dems extending the statute of limitations to get Trump.  Then closing the window...

What you quoted was verbatim from the Caroll I case opinion for libel/defamation only. It was filed while Trump was in his first term. The case where the statute of limitations was waived for sexual assault claims was Carroll II.
