If anyone still had doubts that Trump is a liar, it is now confirmed by a US court of law.

Come on MAGA boys, how you gonna deny this?

Trump $83 Million Carroll Defamation Verdict Survives Appeal

(Bloomberg) -- A US appeals court in Manhattan left intact the $83.3 million penalty against President Donald Trump in E. Jean Carroll’s defamation lawsuit, rejecting his attempt to overturn the jury’s verdict.

Carroll filed two lawsuits against Trump and won both.

In a statement, Carroll’s attorney Roberta Kaplan said the appeals court had concluded “that E. Jean Carroll was telling the truth, and that President Donald Trump was not.”

Please be courteous and cite the language of the decision that says that.

NB The judges rejected President Trump’s argument that the Supreme Court’s decision extending presidential immunity should shield him from liability for defaming the writer E. Jean Carroll.

She didn't even remember what year it allegedly happened.  "Based on the jury's findings" is hardly proof of anything in a Democrat stronghold.  Imagine being a Dem supporter and able to say, "I was on the jury that stopped Trump".

That case should have been tossed just based on the NY Dems extending the statute of limitations to get Trump.  Then closing the window...

Sounds as if she suffers from the same Alzheimer decease as Trump, who doesn't remember what he did on Epstein island.

What you quoted was verbatim from the Caroll I case opinion for libel/defamation only. It was filed while Trump was in his first term. The case where the statute of limitations was waived for sexual assault claims was Carroll II.

I don't believe Trump can utter anything but falsehoods.

So you think he is lying when he says the man who killed that woman in Charlotte was a murderous animal?

Is deflecting from the topic really the best you can do?

Hitler is dead already, Trump may be soon.

That is just a quote from the appeals court ruling.

Yes, by a country mile.

My question to Grok:

"Which person has told the most recorded lies, Adolf Hitler or Donald Trump?"

Conclusion:

"While both used lies strategically—Hitler to build totalitarian control, Trump to maintain political support—Trump has far more recorded lies due to modern documentation. Historians note similarities in technique (e.g., Trump's 2020 election claims echo Hitler's "big lie" propaganda), but Hitler's output, though deadlier, wasn't quantified the same way.

No credible source suggests Hitler told more individually recorded lies; estimates place his personal deceptions in the low thousands at most, versus Trump's tens of thousands.

Answer: Donald Trump has told the most recorded lies."

Did you ever look at the WAPO's database of Trump "lies"?   I looked at one section, and it was a joke.

BTW, can you name a Democrat who does not lie?

Here is the kind of BS in the fact-checking database.    The fact is, the Dems do favor open borders and only take action when the public gets pissed.

Here is another example of the lefties ' fact-checking.   The people who show up at the border know to claim asylum if they are caught.
