Bye then.

Thailand has 7.5 million muslims, it's neighboured by muslim countries too that come in droves - see Malaysia. 172 million muslims in India. Then you have all the arab nations. There's some 30 million muslims in China too.

Replied separately.

  • Not a good idea. They will not assimilate into Thai culture but demand that Thais accommodate theirs.

  • Not surprised. Theyll let literally anyone into their country

  • Bring in the goats and camels.Soon Thailand is the new HUB for muslim tourism i guess they will say.

Muslim tourists could be a great economic support for the southern provinces.

Rubbish.

Down here in Phuket about 30% of the locals are Muslim and it is the most popular beach destination by miles in Thailand.

You should remember the old saying 'Best to engage your brain before opening your mouth'. Of course I was not referring to Thai Muslims, of whom many are good friends, but to visiting Muslims coming from far more austere cultures.

So you have it in for some Muslims, not all Muslims.

This is targeted at Malaysian Muslims and those with cash who want to travel to Thailand for a holiday.

Your refugee Muslims that I assume you are referring to won’t be coming here on holidays anyway.

So maybe you should think before shooting your mouth off with with racist nonsense

Good luck with that idea - look at Europe where millions of muslims are not there as tourists but to stay.

Your'e communicating here with a Najdi Arabic speaker. I have lived and worked for many years in the Middle East, and I have many treasured Muslim friends. And, on a technical point, religious affiliation is a cultural issue, not a racist issue. Perhaps difficult for you to comprehend.

Yes there are approximately 26 million Muslims in China who predominately live in Xinjiang but to get permission to travel out of their state is a very long process like 6 months even if you are non muslim & Han Chinese!

The racist Brits in Pattaya will not be happy.

Religion is a cultural issue, not a race issue.

Those of us that have lived and worked in the Middle East understand this but those who have not cannot understand.

Call me crazy......but exactly which nationalities are  NOT looking for/hoping for all these when they come on holiday?

I'm not in Pattaya.

But you know those Brits. Sitting in bars, sex visitors, no attempt to learn Thai or intergrate into local culture - often sitting in bars at 1pm pontificating about immigration in the UK and muslims. They won't be happy.

why dont you understand that that discription is an ideal vacation for many many people

What about the ones that live in Pattaya? Stayed there for years and years - made no attempt to learn Thai, don't adapt to local culture, then pontificate about immigration in the UK and the muslims. THOSE GAMMONS.

For many it's racism and it's not the religion - it's the colour of those peoples skin. They don't like brown people. THEY ARE VILE DISGUSTING RACISTS.

They have read little on history on how the British invaded many of these countries, stole their resources for hundreds of years, then used those men to save them in World Wars, then needed them to rebuild the country. Thick beyond belief.

Even if they stopped the boats. They will then move onto anyone coloured. Racists. Brexit was an epic failure, but lets sink even further, and trust the guy who gave us Brexit.

Following Tommy - a thug. Whose funding him ? He must be laughing his arse off how so many people follow him. Mugs the lot of ya.

Christians are being killed, and otherwise persecuted in, inter-alia, North Korea, Somalia, Yemen, Libya. Sudan, Eritrea, Nigeria and Pakistan. Christians in those countries are being persecuted because of their religion, not because of their race.
