A common saying is that a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. If it takes a push from the President to get an indictment after a previous prosecutor couldn't come up with anything, that doesn't bode well for the strength of the case.

Judge Engoron was the NY State civil trial

It's not that simple.

The grand jury also rejected the charge about his knowledge of an alleged plan from Hillary Clinton during the 2016 campaign that could help her campaign and hurt Trump’s, which is currently the major WH conspiracy theory.

Irrelevant. Like the clowns did with Trump, the process IS the punishment. Forcing Comey to pay a 100 million $ bond, perp walks, mug shots, cuffed and paraded, investigations extended to all family & friends, his wife lingerie drawer rifled, mocked on tv for years. The trial outcome by a Biden judge is of secondary importance. The judge on the case isn't irrelevant -- he's the one to tell Comey he needs to put up the $100 million bond.
