The left's hysteria over Hegseth reminds much of their unhinged hysteria over Brett Kavanaugh. Also complete nonsense accusations by deranged haters trying to destroy a persins life because they dare

Exactly, you should only expect out about what you put in.

You said: "No one needs false claims now that he flew in 800 top generals to tell them that fat isn't fit.". That implies that everyone did need false claims prior to that.

And your claim assumes facts not in evidence. We do not know why the officers were flown it, or what all was discussed. We only know what was reported.

Do you not think the fitness of troops should not be a priority?

I would hope that every fire and police chief in the country would make fitness a priority as well.

Are you saying that after 250 years it takes the muppet Pete "OPSEC" Hegseth to finally make fitness a priority in the US military? Because if you do then please PM me an address I can send your well-earned clown nose to!😆

Its just what happened.

You guys falsely and hysterically accused Kavanaugh of being a gang raper. Now you accuse Hegseth of similarly bonkers things, without a shred of evidence.

Maybe start dealing in fact?

You folks on here don't have to agree with anything written in the WSJ op-ed. But it is a little silly to be talking about 'you lefties' when it was written by Peggy Noonan

REDUX Pg1 this topic: Wow. Peggy Noonan. A primary speechwriter and Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan from 1984 to 1986.

We are, or is that just the sound of pearls being abused? In other words, links please.👍

Again, that the likes of you attempt to disparage him, just reconfirms my support for him.

I am not disparaging him. I am pointing out the facts. The man did not see combat. He was not decorated for heroism or valor. He was a civil affairs officer and was not in harm's way. Building someone like this up is a slap at the men and women who were in harm's way and who worked tirelessly in difficult conditions to keep motor fleets, aircraft and protective systems operating and supplied. Hegseth's toughest times were probably choosing between a steak or salmon entree at the officer's airconditioned, and clean  mess at the heavily fortified and secure military compound in Baghdad. The personnel in the field got to enjoy reconstituted food in a pouch while sitting in a mud ditch in stifling  temperatures being harassed by biting insects while keeping their heads down because of snipers shooting at them from residential buildings Their decisions were  more difficult such as having to determine whether a vehicle being driven at them at speed was a friendly or a terrorist mobile explosive. Combat veterans are usually pacifists and don't glorify violence or war. They do their utmost to minimize conflict. This does not mean they are weak. Rather, they understand military might. The US military has some of the best trained, educated and cultured officers in the world. The command officers know how to manage. Hegseth never had a command role and never had a leadership role. He is a cabinet secretary because he is a lackey.

Calling him inept is not disparaging?

Noonan is a RINO.

Gee I never saw that one coming. This topic is about how the left hates Hegseth yet she is RINO.

But my favorite line:

You say Mr. Trump’s speech after Mr. Hegseth’s was even worse—a wild, incoherent and yet vaguely menacing mess. Yes, it was, and was worse because he’s president.

Noonan's weekly column for The Wall Street Journal, titled "Declarations", has been running since 2000. ...  Since the late 2010s, Noonan has distanced herself from the Republican Party under Donald Trump. In both 2016 and 2020, she declined to vote for either Trump or his Democratic opponent.

I guess it's the MAGA bottomless hypocrisy on full display again.

I feel so sorry for you poor cultists because it is well documented that trump stated that he could "grab them by the pussy", but the truth is not something you are comfortable with..

As for the post by Smokey, saying that's all they have left, I would suggest that there is plenty more to prove that trump is a liar and a con man, namely.....
Trump: –

– 64 times mentioned in the Epstein report

– 97 times pleaded the fifth amendment

– 34 felony convictions

– 91 criminal charges

– 26 sexual assault charges

– 6 bankruptcies

– 5 draft deferments

– 2 impeachments

– 2 convicted companies

– 1 fake university shut down

– 1 fake charity shut down

– $25 million fraud settlement

– $5 million sexual abuse verdict

– $2 million fake charity abuse judgement

– $93 million sexual abuse judgements

– $400 million fraud judgement

– first president in history to serve a full term and increase the deficit every year he was in office.

– First president in history to maintain a debt to GDP ratio over 100% for his entire term
– highest annual budget deficit

– most added to the national debt in a single turn

– first major party candidate in half a century to lose the popular vote twice

So plenty more left to show what the dumbo is all about.

Had you forgotten about them?

WSJ, Fox, and NY Post are part of the same spin machine, same bile poured from the same blender.

I hope you caught it yesterday, someone in the WH press corp asked DT if he would pardon Maxwell, and he tried to fake that it had been so long since he heard that name that he forgot who she was.  It looks like he inspired a new MAGA fashion trend.

His press sec claims he works 24 hours a day, maybe he shuns sleep because he's trying to avoid the approaching nightmare repercussions of his Epstein days.

IMO if the "files" are revealed they will be scrubbed clean of anything that could stain him, so don't expect any reward from their release.

Oh, the classic Democrat playbook: When facts get tough, trot out a laundry list of half-truths and gotchas to paint Trump as the devil incarnate. You start by pitying us "cultists" for rejecting the "pussy-grabber" myth—fair enough, we'll circle back to that—but then you dump this barrage of numbers like they're gospel. Newsflash: Most are inflated, cherry-picked, or flat-out wrong, ignoring context, legal outcomes, and the fact that Trump's 2024 landslide (312-226 Electoral College, popular vote win with 49.9% vs. Harris's 48.3%) shows the American people aren't buying your doomscroll.

1. 64 Times Mentioned in the Epstein Report

Reality: This is recycled misinformation. Trump is mentioned a handful of times in Epstein docs (e.g., flight logs, social ties from the '90s), but zero evidence of wrongdoing or island visits—fact-checkers like FactCheck.org, WaPo, and PolitiFact debunk this repeatedly. Trump banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago after a 2004 incident; no victim testimony implicates him. Compare to Clinton's 26+ flights and island ties—crickets from your side? Selective much?

2. 97 Times Pleaded the Fifth Amendment Reality: Spot-on for his 1990 divorce deposition (97 invocations on personal matters).

But that's ancient history. In the 2022 NY AG probe, it was 440+ times—a smart legal move against a politicized witch hunt, as Trump himself noted: "Anyone in my position not taking the Fifth would be a fool."  Biden's son Hunter? 500+ times in his own probes. And remember, Trump advised Bill Clinton in 1998 to take the Fifth during impeachment—hypocrisy is bipartisan.

3. 34 Felony Convictions

Reality: Guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records (hush-money case), but sentenced to unconditional discharge on Jan. 10, 2025—no jail, no fine, no probation.  Appeals ongoing (federal transfer bid heard June 2025), and it's a state misdemeanor elevated politically—Stormy Daniels got her payday. First "felon" president? Sure, but the only one the establishment threw everything at and still lost reelection bigly.

4. 91 Criminal Charges

Reality: Pre-election total was ~88-91 across four indictments (NY:34, GA:13, FL docs:40, DC election:4).

Post-2024 win: Federal cases (FL, DC) dismissed per DOJ policy; GA stalled (Willis disqualified Dec. 2024); NY conviction stands but appealed. Lawfare much? 91 "charges" from Soros-backed DAs and activist judges—voters saw through it and gave Trump a mandate.

5. 26 Sexual Assault Charges

Reality: No criminal charges—this is a gross distortion. 26 women have alleged misconduct (e.g., groping, harassment), but only E. Jean Carroll's civil suit stuck: $5M (2023) for abuse/defamation + $83.3M defamation (2024, upheld Sept. 2025).  Appeals pending (SCOTUS likely 2026), and Trump denies all. Where's the outrage for Biden's accuser Tara Reade or Clinton's Epstein ties? Crickets.

6. 6 Bankruptcies

Reality: Corporate Chapter 11 reorganizations (not personal)—4 casino filings (1991 Taj Mahal, 1992 Plaza, 2004 Hotels/Casinos, 2009 Entertainment).

Common in high-risk Atlantic City (post-9/11 slump, 2008 crash). Trump never filed personally; he restructured and kept building. Biden's student-loan "forgiveness"? That's a $400B+ fiscal bomb.

7. 5 Draft Deferments

Reality: Accurate—4 for college (standard then), 1 medical (bone spurs, 1968).

Common for affluent families (77% of Vietnam-eligible men deferred/exempted). Biden got 5 too (asthma). Trump graduated military academy; no "coward" here—he's pro-vet, unlike Dems' endless wars.

8. 2 Impeachments

Reality: Yes, but acquitted both times by Senate (2020: 52-48/53-47; 2021: 57-43).

Partisan show trials—Ukraine hoax (Zelenskyy cleared Trump), Jan. 6 circus (no "insurrection" charges). Clinton impeached too (acquitted). Trump's the fighter who won despite it.

9. 2 Convicted Companies Reality: Trump Org convicted 2022 (tax fraud by execs like Weisselberg—not Trump directly); fine $1.6M.
Minor league compared to Enron or FTX. No personal liability.

10. 1 Fake University Shut Down

Reality: Trump U settled for $25M (2016)—no admission of guilt, but yes, dissolved amid fraud suits.6K students got refunds. Hunter's Burisma "consulting"? No shutdown there.

11. 1 Fake Charity Shut Down

Reality: Trump Foundation dissolved 2018 under court order for self-dealing; Trump paid $2M restitution to charities.

No criminal charges. Clinton Foundation? Pay-to-play central.

12-14. Fraud/Abuse Judgments ($25M, $5M, $2M, $93M, $400M)Reality:

$25M: Trump U settlement (above).

$5M + $83.3M (not $93M): Carroll civil verdicts (upheld 2025)—abuse/defamation, no rape finding. Appeals to SCOTUS.

$2M: Foundation restitution.

$400M+ (now $500M+ w/interest): NY civil fraud (2024)—overvalued assets; no victims, but disgorgement.

15-20. Debt/Deficit Claims

Reality: Trump added $7.8T (pre-COVID: $4.8T, mostly tax cuts/jobs boom).

Debt/GDP: Entered 103%, peaked 132% (COVID), ended ~125%—not "over 100% entire term" (started above).

Obama added $9T (67% increase); Biden's at $7T+ already. Wars, recessions, pandemics—every prez spikes it. Trump's economy pre-COVID? Record growth, lowest unemployment ever.

21. First Major Party Candidate in Half a Century to Lose Popular Vote Twice Reality: 2016: Yes, lost by 2.1% to Clinton.

But 2024: Trump won popular vote (49.9M vs. Harris's 48.3M, first GOP win since 2004).

Outdated rage-bait—voters rejected your "threat to democracy" narrative.

Bottom line: Your list is a greatest-hits of MSM fever dreams, heavy on allegations/light on convictions, and ignores Trump's wins (peace deals, energy independence, no new wars). The "pussy-grabber" lie? Access Hollywood was crude talk—zero charges, unlike Biden's whispers. We're not cultists; we're winners who backed the guy delivering results over your endless smears. X is exploding with "Trump landslide" memes—join the winning side. Got more?

Even if the petition is signed it will fail once it reaches the senate.

Even if it passed, Bondi decides what remains sealed......the whole set up is designed to protect the rich, powerful donors to the GOP.

Oh and thanks for the laugh......"ignores Trump's wins (peace deals, energy independence, no new wars)"!!!!LOL. And you poor goobers believed him when he said he would stop the Russia/Ukraine war in 24 hours!! In addition, Netanyahu does whatever he wants whilst letting dumb Donny think that he has a say in the matter........he is as dumb as his goobers.

Tariffs anyone?? Dumb Donny doesn't know how they work and he and his goobers think the exporting countries pay for them!! Stupid is as stupid does!
