October 30, 2025Oct 30 Popular Post My gf is a travel guide. She has a bunch of Slovaks as customers. She packed them off at their hotel at 8pm and at 8pm she is on her own time. One of the daft <deleted> got a motor bike to go somewhere or other and crashed. Broke two ribs and both legs. She has been asked to go to the hospital to help out but her credit is maxed and can't get cash. Can I send her some cash. Isn't that the responsibility of the dumb stupid Slovaks. What is the betting they have no insurance. Sending cash for Thai families is one thing. I draw the line at dumb stupid tourists.

I am sure she could come up with a better justification for needing 2000 baht than needing to go to the hospital to sort some stupid Slovaks out. Why on Earth would she think somebody from the UK would want to bail some Slovaks out. Wait and see if there is crowd funding to bail a Slovak out who crashed his motor bike and has not insurance. Or has insurance but no motor cycle license.

The motorbike CTP insurance will cover costs Anyway, it's the hospitals job to get the money out of the patient

Just come up with a better excuse and scam a larger amount. She did mention the Slovak crashing the motor bike earlier in the evening. It was a few hours later that it seems she has gone to the hospital. If that is what has actually happened.
