I find that hard to believe. Obviously, what happens in the OO is monitored extremely closely, and taking into consideration Trump's failing health and advanced age there's no way a medical team wasn't on stand-by and probably just about to enter the room when the video ended.

Maybe. I heard the medical team was close and he was running to get them. I'm not at all of fan of him but I won't buy that he just ran just to run until proven.
