What these young people are going to run into is the fact that American youth aren't at the top of the list of immigrants they are going to allow to settle in the country. They don't let everyone who want to enter their country and become a resident to do so.

Well, young American women on average have a higher degree of educational attainment than do young men which should make it easier for them. Also, young people are a lot less likely to need expensive medical services. So I'd guess they would have a pretty good shot at gaining entry.
