If your bank account is in your name only, I don't think you'll have any problems with it. If you're really worried about that, you could withdraw all the money, or transfer it to an account in your home country.

This woman could report you to the police and accuse you of battery or rape, or something like that. That could cause you a problem, but with no proof, she’d likely have a weak case. And once filed, there’s usually an offer to withdraw the charges in exchange for a payment of some kind.

Or, if you live in Pattaya, you could always fall off the balcony of your fifth-floor apartment! 😉

You're better off without her. Just quietly disappear. I doubt you will have any problem with your bank unless, that is, you have a shared account with her.
