Ive been to Bangkok 60 times. The 100 towns vary from once to many. Hat Yai only 3 times. Phattalung only once. Sadly you have a very boring outlook on Thailand. Why you have no hobbies. Ubon I visited twice. It is a dump.

Of course, you have, how did you find time to do all that whilst working at your 140bht an hour job..................

Are you slow? I did it over 20 years. Your life must be really limited. Thailand has 400 baht hotels, lots of trains and buses and 1000 baht flights. Pretty easy to visit 100 towns.

Ubon is in my top 5 worst cities.

You need to study things a bit better

Seems again your the one that needs a course in factual events and history.

Now explain the rest of the story of his destruction of the separation of power, disregard for the constitution, abuse of rules of law and ignoring legal court orders , issuing Illegal executive orders, pardoning felons, war crimes for bombing non combatant ships in international waters and adding additional unnecessary strikes to kill survivors and the list goes on and on.

The introduction of the Trump 2.0 clown show heralded the beginning of the Magastan Golden Shower Age, where everything the US proclaimed to stand for was washed away by a traitorous clown p*****g all over the constitution, traditions, honour, integrity, trust and duty.

Hope this conveys my feelings on the matter clearly!

I think taking the demise of any one company as evidence of US demise as a whole, when there are dozens of companies thriving is a bit off the mark.

Coca Cola was the biggest lifestyle trademark when I grew up. Happy beautiful successful young people with white perfect smiles. Not to forget sporty and perfect body,

but nothing about Coca Cola is real, except they made hell of a lot of money and rich wealthy people successful slim sporty people did they really drink Coca Cola?

Greed and overconsumption is human traits and for many the bottom of life standard.

I remember doing my marketing education, and one of Coca Cola goals, was to be on the breakfast table in American homes, which would be copied world wide

Yes, a core goal for Coca-Cola, especially under Robert W. Woodruff, was embedding itself into daily American life, including mealtimes, by making it a staple in homes, often sold in convenient 6-packs, and eventually becoming a global symbol of American culture and refreshment, available worldwide
. While specific historical documents might focus on broader "refreshment" goals, the strategy was to make Coke ubiquitous, from lunches to dinners and beyond, influencing how people consume beverages globally.
Key Strategies & Goals:
  • Home Delivery: Introduced 6-packs in the 1920s to encourage buying Coke for the home, not just soda fountains.
  • Symbol of America: During WWII, Coca-Cola ensured soldiers had access, making it a taste of home and an emblem of American culture abroad.
  • Global Expansion: Woodruff's vision was to make Coke accessible everywhere, linking it to local life, even at meals.
  • Marketing: Consistent branding and advertising positioned Coke as part of everyday moments, including family gatherings and meals.
This deliberate effort to be present at family tables and key life moments helped Coca-Cola transition from a soda fountain drink to an ingrained part of global culture, a truly widespread goal

Back in the late 60's or so Dr Pepper was trying out the market for advertising heating up the drink for a breakfast drink.

Im not familiar with Dr Pepper,

But I know Coca Cola had sever strategies to concur milk, tea and coffe..

The main issue for Trump winning the presidency was the border. I dare anyone to dispute that he accomplished stopping border crossings. He did what the dems refused to do.

So you're attacking "American culture" now?

Amusing.

IMHO, the USA is in the 'end of empire' phase while the current administration - and the public in general - are in full-scale denial of that.

Meanwhile, China and Russia are circling. Trump's flailing away at everything and anything, making promises he and his cabal cannot keep to the masses that voted for him. His actions (again IMHO) are actually hastening the decline. Almost all economists and business people in the US and abroad feel the global tarrifs are a bad idea for both America and the other countries. The US public is only now beginning to understand that these actions will cost them money personally. Instead of returning the country to the true Golden Age (end of WWII until 1960s), the quality of life (not just money, but security, personal safety, family values, etc.) continues to decline. The divisions between the rich and poor - and the decline of the middle class - are so obvious now and because so few object, the multi-billionnaires don't even attempt to hide or even temper their avarice any longer.

Will the decline of the American Empire accelerate under Trump? Maybe. Will China and Russia take advantage of Trump's isolationism to make military moves like on Taiwan, Japan or Europe? Is Trump solely to blame or even in a major way? Not in my view - Trump is a symptom and a reflection at the same time. The crumble began around 40 years ago, but has really picked up the pace in last 25 years.

Consider reading books by Christopher Hedges on the decline of the American Empire.
