Seems to be walking fine to me (11 days ago), while using a bit of caution, which I do myself, of late, and I'm only 71. Taking a tumble in our 70s, doesn't turn out well for many, especially down a flight of 20 or so stairs.

On stairs, some are a bit shallow, so descending can be tricky, especially for tall folks with big feet, and he is 6'3" and a size 12.

I'm a size 12 for width, and ball of my foot can easily slip down, on shallow steps. Up, no prob

I haven't met anyone 80 years old yet, so here's doing better than most, and mentally sharp. May not agree with what he thinks or says, but at least he can put his thoughts together and speak them.

Basically, this article points out that the alleged increase in native born employment is due to statistical artifacts. If the claim was true, that would mean that the native-born population of America had suddenly increased by 5 million people. Given that the native born population is actually growing older and shrinking in population, this claim is obviously nonsense. There are other reason cited as well.
