She STILL didn't deserve to be murdered! Fox gaslighting.

She was not murdered. My point was to contradict the inaccurate belief that she was a simple bystander caught up in an ICE raid.

And MY point is ICE is completely out of control. There is NO justification for her murder nor the lies from the administration in an attempt to cover it up. Classic deflection.

Is leading a protest illegal?

"Preventing ICE from conducting an operation" sure as hell is. As is blocking the road, especially to obstruct law enforcement. The interviwee said that she was VERY good at blocking the road.

Or do you think otherwise?

There has been no cofirmation that she was "murdered", which requires specific circumstances.

It might be illegal but I’m quite sure that the relevant law doesn’t include the death penalty for transgression.

But you have raised an interesting point.

If you believe the suggestion the victim of the shooting was leading the protest, then this raises the question, did ICE target her as the leader of the protest?

That IS a good question. Which is why earlier, I suggested that it would be helpful if we knew what went on BEFORE the shooting. Earlier in the day, the afternoon even.

Because yes, it might turn out that the ICE agents knew her from her previous activities. And that this would colour how they dealt with her at the end, for better or worse. Hopefully this will all come up in an investigation of what happened, and why.

Incredible seeing the same posters that celebrated poor unarmed protestor Ashley Babbitt's murder, now freaking out over this deranged activist who was shot while attempting to murder an ICE agent with her SUV.

A New York Post story related to the lady shot by ICE in Minnesota reveals many interesting details.

Far from being an innocent victim trapped in a difficult situation and reacting out of fear, she was an anti-ICE activist. She was trained in how to spot and disrupt ICE agents and their operations. Also how to use her vehicle to do so. According to a friend,

[Renee Good] was trained against these ICE agents — what to do, what not to do, it’s a very thorough training,”

As to her group, Ice Watch;

The group started out as a very loose confederation of anti-ICE activists, but has recently aligned itself with more radical organizations including Twin Cities Ungovernables.

and

ICE Watch recently shared an Instagram post of the group’s which encouraged agitators to bring items that would help them barricade the streets around where the shooting took place, even urging people to bring things to burn, such as dried-up Christmas trees.

How quickly the narrative changes...

Yeah, about that....

"Her ex-husband, who asked not to be named out of concern for the safety of their children, said Good was no activist and he never knew her to participate in a protest of any kind. He said she was headed home before the encounter with a group of ICE agents on a snowy street."

She pointed a deadly weapon at a LE officer. So she did.

EX husband. Such a good husband that she switched teams after divorcing him...

Witnesses say that there was an ongoing protest on the street before the shooting. Neighbours were blowing whistles and honking horns, which are activists' ways to indicate that ICE was in the area. Friends agree that she was part of anti ICE groups and also led a protest that day.

So who will you believe- the ex or her current friends/wife/neighbours?

Clearly trying to de-escalate the situation and protect his children and their family.

We should be thankful that one of the parents is a responsible human being.

You're quoting the NY Post.

'nuff said.

Ah, of course. VERY good at blocking the road. That takes years of experience building that highly specialized skill, blocking a narrow suburban road with a car.😂

A skill she got training for, to boot. But we are making baby steps here. At least you are admitting that she WAS blocking the road with her car. Which is a crime, especiallly with the intent to disrupt lawful government operations. And also is why ICE was fully justified in approaching her car and demanding that she get out of the vehicle.

A lot fewer.

Protesters are getting too overconfident and arrogant. They seem to think that it is OK to block law enforcement from doing their jobs, that there are zero consequences for their actions.

Lately it seems that this false belief has especially infected white women. The interwebs are saturated with videos of liberal females blocking vehicles, getting in the way of agents, screaming and shouting. It is as if they truly think that have immunity from the FO part of FAFO.

It would be far better for lefty politicians like Walz and Mayor Frey to try and cool down the temperature. To work with federal law enforcement who are engaged in legal activities.. THAT is how to get them out of your communities faster, not shouting at them and giving protesters a license to disrupt.

Please don't put words in my mouth. I have never admitted to that. In fact, I reject it. I would also be interested in some info on where, how, and by who she got this "special anti-ICE" training?

Or is this like the ANTIFA drivel, complete unicorn territory?

Anti fascists? You mean like e.g. all the servicemen that fought the Nazis during WW2?

Nope, an interview with a friend of hers whose child attended the same elementary school as Good's. "She was a warrior" , "I know she was doing the right thing". Same person said she(Good) was an activist trained by Ice Watch.

Ah, so we must believe a self-proclaimed friend speaking to that beacon of journalistic integrity, the NY Post, but not her ex-husband speaking to AP.

Got it!👍

I was talking about the terrorist organization Antifa. Not true, heroic opponents of actual fascism.

Antifa are about as anti-fascist as Liberals are liberal.

Aha, "the terrorist organization Antifa"! Yeah, I saw the video from a Congressional hearing recently, where a senior FBI official said Antifa was the #1 domestic terrorist threat, but when asked for details he....well, have a look for yourself, it's hilarious!🤣

Thats the goal. Any dead person helps the Democrat cause, unless they are innocent like 14 year old girls or refugees on a train.

The more cops and "protesters" shot, the better for their propaganda.

2 hours ago, JonnyF said:

Hope that helps.

That is the same video along with the one taken from behind the car that clearly shows the ICE agent was barely touched, certainly not rammed as he was able to pump bullets in the drivers head through the left drivers window as she was trying to escape the attack. If you cannot see that fact, your vision is sorrily blinkered by extremist rhetoric echo chamber nonsense.

A witness to the event, no lover of ICE or Trump, said proudly that Good was "leading a protest using her vehicle to prevent ICE from conducting an operation". She was the "main car leading the protest".

So what if she was? Protesting is a legal right for most peoples and one should not be shot in the head for it.

To belabor the point, protesting is legal and fabulous. Interfering with law enforcement is NOT protesting. Blocking the street to disrupt law enforcement is not protesting.

Or is it?
