He was too angry and could not control himself. A danger to himself and everyone else.

Where is the evidence of that, or are you making up something only you know about? And, BTW, the agents perceived state of anger, or as some would say "evil intent" are irrelevant and has precedent case law in support of that, so go look it up and maybe learn something. Start here: Graham v. Connor, 490 U.S. 386 (1989).

The poor woman was executed. Zero threat to the LEO who deliberately stepped in front of the car which was turning away and shot the driver. I wouldn't go ra-ra over this whatever your political lean

  • She was a woman , I'm not privy to her economic status. That being said, she's also a far left radical extremists. Im not radicalized/stupid enough to purposely put my car in a position to intention

It doesn't matter if she was a convicted axe-murderer. This wasn't why she was shot dead. Plenty of footage shows that, yes, she disobeyed LEO command to stop and was turning the car onto the road in

Zero evidence of that as you should know and the ICE agents position being in front of a car does done exonerate the domestic terrorist for committing felonious assault by weaponizing her vehicle and in this case striking the ICE agent.

What we know is she was shot dead.

We do not know that any other action would not have resulted in her being shot dead.

The language being used by suggests clear hate towards the victim.

We do not know that she would not have had a heart attack 5 mins later... See what I did there ? present an impossible argument....

Reality check: Had the lady (activist) followed instructions the probability that she would still be alive today is extremely high, one could reasonably argue a certainty.

Equally so, had the ICE office not been so quick to draw and shoot, they lady (activist) would still be alive, the probability again is extremely high, one could reasonably argue a certainty.

Two people made very very poor choices in this situation.

The actions of the ICE officer went beyond reason - his reaction to go to deadly force was extreme.

The actions of the lady (activist) also went beyond reason - her actions to try and escape when ordered to 'get out of the car' was also extreme.

There are additional narratives that are utter bo!!ox

- The lady did not try and drive 'at' the ICE officer - its clear to see she was turning away.

- The ICE officer stood in front of the car when he could have stepped out the way earlier - he placed himself in the 'line of fire' (her car) and was ready to draw his weapon extremely quickly as if he 'wanted' the conflict.

Nevertheless - the lady was complicit - she could have avoided escalation / the ICE officer chose not to avoid escalation and chose to use deadly force.

Bad choices all around.

Could have shot the tyres out...... but no.

Just a question for precision: Are you saying that the LEO (law enforcement officer?) shot the driver through the windshield?

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Renee_Good :

Ross leaned forward and shot Good in the head at 09:37:13, firing three shots at the windshield and through the open driver's side window as the SUV moved past him in under one second of elapsed time.

Which indicates that Ross was to the side of the car and in no physical jeopardy. Murder? Manslaughter? You decide.

Do you have a reading disability? Seriously. Do you? I have said repeatedly that her death was a tragedy, should never have happened, and have sympathy for her son, who is now an orphan.

But the issue is not sympathy or feelings. It is fact and legal accountability. Neither of which are conveniently black and white, which may confuse you, but do try to keep up.

She was engaged in obstructing law enforcement for several minutes leading up to the confrontation. Her wife was egging her on, recording from outside. She disobeyed a direct and lawful order to exit her vehicle and instead tried to escape. She drove at/towards another officer. Her SUV hit him. He shot her.

Anything wrong with that summary?

MN prosecutor promises to investigate ICE agent who shot woman to death

They should investigate the BILLIONS stolen by Somali's in the largest welfare fraud in US history. And investigate why they allowed MPLS to burn during the George Floyd glory day riots.

'Report Criticizes Border Patrol's Use Of Deadly Force'

https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2014/02/27/283455547/report-criticizes-border-patrols-use-of-force

"An independent review of 67 cases in which Border Patrol agents used deadly force found that in some of them "agents have deliberately stepped in the path of cars apparently to justify shooting at the drivers and have fired in frustration at people throwing rocks from the Mexican side of the border."

That piece of news comes from a Los Angeles Time piece this morning. The newspaper obtained the full report, which U.S. Customs and Border Protection has tried to keep secret.

"U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which had commissioned the review, has tried to prevent the scathing 21-page report from coming to light."

'Top DOJ officials quit after their division refused to probe Minnesota ICE shooting'

https://www.ms.now/news/doj-civil-rights-division-officials-quit-harmeet-dhillon

"At least four leaders of a Justice Department unit that investigates police killings have resigned in protest over the administration’s handling of the fatal shooting of a motorist in Minneapolis by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, according to three people briefed on the departures.

Top leaders of the criminal section of the Civil Rights Division have left their jobs to register their frustration with the department after the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon decided not to investigate the ICE officer’s fatal shooting of Renee Good last week. The criminal section of the division would normally investigate any fatal shooting by a law enforcement officer and specializes in probing potential or alleged abuse or improper use of force by law enforcement. Yeah, I know what you mean. Every time MAGA encounters people with integrity they think it's no real.

What a sad, sad bunch.🤣

Richard has a point.

Despite the desperate non-sop spin from MAGA, an ICE officer shooting a mother in the face point blank while in no danger and then calling her a "f***ing b***h while she was dying a few yards away isn't very popular among Americans.

Who knew!
