‘Make no mistake, this is an occupation’: ICE’s deadly presence

Wannabe dictator or becoming one, we will see in November what the Americans really want for the future

The problem is they're not voting for POTUS in November, are they?

The obvious quip for the headline of this thread is that those on the side of ICE and supportive of their activities would say ICE are also countering an "occupation" (in the sense of an invasion).

Regarding the female in the photo in the OP being manhandled, it reminded me of a Viz Comic occasional series in Readers' Letters.

Best way to deal with these violent anarchists: Round them up. Revoke citizenships of Somalians and put them on a boat back to bum---- Egypt. With these other native radicles in the democratic party:

Walz changed the Minnesota flag to resemble the Somali flag ... because the Somalis are helping him get filthy rich through graft maybe?

If the democracy is still relevant in USA, and the democrats gets the house, Don can be impeached. But I fear there will be difficult even with the majority of the house get rid of him. He got all the critical departments in his hands, and they will follow him. Who will the army follow ? The people or Don

Look at a map if you want to understand why Texas has so many. And California...

Texas doesn't have sanctuary policies. ICE doesn't need to "invade". All they have to do is answer the call when the local police tell them they have arrested an illegal. That way, they can all focus on the bad guys who have been arrested for additional crimes.

Do you see how that would work out better than forcing ICE to go after ALL illegals? Sanctuary policies are just making it worse for the illegals that are keeping their head down. Not to mention devastating for residents who have to live with the criminal element that those policies protect.

Which doesn’t address the question as to why ICE are in Minnesota and not in Texas rounding up the tenfold number of “illegal immigrants”.

It’s mot about ‘illegal immigrants’ it’s about intimidation and suppression of a Democratic state.

3,000 agents because they are being attacked by mobs maybe?

Nah, your theory is complete nonsense. Do you think he would waste time "getting revenge" on places that voted against him? He WON the election. More desperation and complete and utter nonsense from your team to explain what's going on.

Of course he would 'waste time getting revenge'! That's what he spends most of his waking hours doing! Where have you been??? He's been involved in over 4,000 lawsuits. If he's not suing someone or some entity he's texting endlessly, whining like a crybaby about this or that somebody has done or said, and plotting his revenge. His skin is so thin you can read the Epstein files through it. Wake up and smell the coffee--and, maybe, stop drinking the Kool-Aid.

It's part of the warfare tactic.

Escalate to the point where things get out of hand so much that the president has no choice but to suppress rights.

And then start pointing the finger that he's a dictator.

Trump doesn't want to be wasting resources on sending the military in there. He has other more important things to do, like make business deals with countries. It's a detractor.

Things didn't get out of hand until ICE started using agressive methods to snatched people up, many of which turned out to be actually US citizens on the streets, in public spaces and in the courts. Then there are abuses and mysterious deaths at detention centers. Trump should de-escalate not escalate and exploit to further his agenda. Majority of people has polled that the ICE method is inappropriate. .

That's a completely stupid theory.

He won the election.

Why would he waste time and energy doing that?
It's because they have sanctuary policies + mobs of paid agitators to protect the graft going on there.

And it's the LOSER (ie Tim Walz) that has more to gain by creating chaos.

And again, I am hoping they take this guy down.

Some media outlets need to be sued and shut down.

The media gets away with far too many lies.

Fake news can cause serious destabilization of a country.

And often, it's shady groups and characters outside the US, hence "international" outlets like The Guardian that are trying to undermine the country.

But of course if Trump goes after them, then he gets labelled a dictator.

Not he didn't. It was handled by the State Commission in 2023 not by the governor. Keep lying.

ICE is in Texas, quietly rounding them up. The local and state police even help them focus on the ones that have been arrested for other crimes. How cool is that? They can do that when there's no sanctuary laws protecting child molesters, rapists, serial burglars and carjackers.

You know who's not in Texas? Unhinged lefties (except, of course that one lady in Congress) and the MSM.

Sure but first you apologise for lying.

I don't need to hear your response because it will probably be bs.

Maybe it wasn't Walz, but makes no difference.

There is no sane reason to be modifying the flag that way.

They may put Walz behind bars soon, so keep your toes crossed for that. Will probably happen before Trump gets impeached.

Detailed analysis of the shooting incident:

I can post up even more videos from different angles that show that the agent was perfectly justified. It was tragic, but she brought it on herself.

I'd add that the problem with slo-mo analysis from different angles is that it isn't how it happens in real life. The agent had a split second to make a decision when she was skidding on the ice, accelerating toward him and other agents.

He didn't go after Fox which has a litany of lawsuits for false and misleading claims.

This Dept.of "Homeland" Security is a Mish mash mess created by Bush. Sounds like something he came up with while drinking on the lower forty. When I was in Customs it was in the Department of the Treasury, Coast Guard, Dept Defense > Treasury. And then Immigration was Justice Dept. And all above including Secret Service + a long list others in DHS. This ICE is too high profile. Before Immigration agents did this duty , Customs for drug interdiction. Come back in 10 years when a lot of Europe will be broke and under Sharia Law, and the US will still be rocking along.

Unless the Dems get back in...

We have another guesser, one who thinks religious folk don't do their thing in the USA, which is very funny, as their religion is waaaaaay more important than the USA......😇

Just paid radicals impeding Immigration and customs inforcement from doing their jobs. If the people are in the US illegally, they should, by law, face the music.

Would there be protests and riots if someone was in Thailand illegally and immigration arrested them...I think not.

He had plenty of time to not break ICE regulations stating NOT to place yourself in front of a vehicle. He had plenty of time to NOT shoot two times point blank into the side of the car, when he was in no danger at all. That's murder. By the way, no other agents were in the path of her slowly turning, not accelerating, car. They were following ICE regulations.

Thailand has no blue and red states and the methods of arresting the illegals are same country wide. Not so in USA.

The claim reeks of hypocrisy and selective outrage: It weaponizes a possible minor 1996 visa overstay/work glitch (disputed) while ignoring that Melania followed the legal path afterward, became a citizen, and sponsored her parents legally. If this were fraud, opponents would've pursued it legally years ago—they didn't because there's no case. It's pure political hit job, not truth. Melania came legally, built a career, and earned her status fair and square!

What 'extraordinary ability' or 'sustained acclaim' did Melania have at that time to qualify for an Einstein visa? And, no, model, party girl, stripper, and escort don't cut it.

Fascism always have their version of Gestapo. ICE fit into such categorization like glove in hand. A competent and decent leader will look into de-escalation but a fascist leader will exploit crisis and fan the flame of division and thrives on the perception of chaos to present itself as the only force capable of restoring order, often through the supression of democratic rights.

None of you can ever define fascism. You're like those old toys where you pull the string and canned phrases come out.
