Trump's Psycho Letter to Norwegian PM

Featured Replies

So the POTUS has sent a letter to the Norwegian PM effectively saying that since he didn't get the Nobel Peace Price, he's gonna take Greenland.

Words fail me.

A brain tumor would feel lonely in Trump's head, it would be doing all the thinking.

At what point will enough GOP reps decide they have a spine anyway and vote to impeach him together with the Dems? Will it ever happen??

The letter is also covered by Bloomberg. Pure madness.

"“Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace,” Trump says in the letter obtained by Bloomberg. “Although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America.”

“The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland,” the US president added.

The Nobel Peace Prize isn’t decided by the Norwegian government but is awarded by an independent committee."

That Bloomberg link comes up empty. I'm prone to believe that Trump would do something like this, but I need to see a link that is more than somebody says Trump said this.

Even I want to believe it, I cant, this is to far out, so I will wait until it is actually confirmed by liable sources

  • Popular Post

And confirmed in Norwegian papers Dons sms, yes SMS to our prime minister! Okay, still not sure it is Hegseth pranking Don here, but seems like we are going to war against USA. Buckle up

Translation:

Dear Jonas:

Since your country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think exclusively about peace, even though it will always be dominant, but can now think about what is good and right for the USA. Denmark cannot protect this country from Russia or China, and why do they even have a “right of ownership”? There are no written documents; it’s just that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago—but we also had boats that landed there. I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now NATO should do something for the USA. The world is not safe unless we have complete and total control of Greenland.

Thank you!

President DJT

If true, the only rational thing that can explain it is a brain tumor. Otherwise, he's just mad as a hatter.

Well, asked Grok and Grok says it's true. He's got to go. Now. There should be emergency hearings for immediate action by Congress. Here is what Grok says:

It seems the reports you're referring to are accurate—President Trump did send a letter to Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre linking his frustration over not receiving the Nobel Peace Prize to his ongoing push for U.S. control of Greenland. The letter was obtained and reported by multiple outlets, and it was also forwarded by U.S. National Security Council staff to several European ambassadors in Washington. Here's the full text of the letter as consistently quoted across sources: “Dear Jonas: Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America. Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a “right of ownership” anyway? There are no written documents, it’s only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also. This isn't the first time Trump has expressed interest in Greenland—he floated the idea of the U.S. purchasing it during his first term, citing strategic and security reasons (like countering Russian and Chinese influence in the Arctic). The Nobel angle is new here, though he's long claimed credit for various international deals and "ending wars" (a figure he often cites without specifics). The letter echoes his style: direct, grievance-driven, and focused on U.S. leverage via NATO. European reactions have been a mix of alarm and dismissal, with some diplomats viewing it as more bluster than imminent action.

bloomberg.com +2

On X, the story broke via PBS correspondent Nick Schifrin and has since spread widely, with users debating its implications—from calls for congressional oversight to memes about Trump's pettiness.

While it does sound unhinged at first glance, this fits Trump's pattern of using personal slights to frame policy demands. No immediate military moves have been announced, but it's escalating tensions with NATO allies like Denmark (which administers Greenland) and Norway. If you're looking for satire or parody versions, those exist too (e.g., on Reddit), but the core story checks out from mainstream reporting.

Yea, I also spent some time chatting with Grok about "narcissistic rage" and what were the dangers of someone with such a mental disorder being in control of nuclear weapons and substantial military forces when that person might also have a terminal disease. Would they want to take out the rest of the world with themselves? Not a reassuring reply.

Nothing on RW outlets such as Fox News yet. They must be wondering how they can present it. 🤣

Failure is what MAGAs do best, so no surprise.

The letter is real.

It is childish as well as dangerous.

Trump is a clown and a threat to just about everything decent. His cult is made of losers and the woefully ignorant.
