What do you tip at a driving range ? The guys who come and carry your bag and do little else.

If you tip, no more then 10 - 20 THB, seems like the Thai's want a tip for anything! :o

I carry my own bags. One of the reasons I play golf is to exercise. Since I can't caddie my on clubs on the course I can at least carry them to the range.

Nothing - I just hate the way they almost fight you to carry your bag 20 metres just so they can expect a tip.

We are liked for ourselves and that aint much, so if you don't tip then neither side gives a rats. If you want them to have an excuse to look like they love you then tip them 20 Baht. I go to the same range every week, more for the food than the exercise, and it is nice to be welcomed. I was a bit shy about tipping at first but now I make a show of it so they have to wai me, it is cheap to be 'loved'

I just can't imagine people actually whining about this ... how cheap do you have to be to begrudge someone 10 or 20 baht for doing your lifting?
